Обращайте внимание на то, что сверх стоимости номера место снимает 40 евро за уборку, это прописано только мелким шрифтом там, где обычно только городской налог. Хозяйка мила и говорлива, но завтрак приготовить, даже за дополнительную плату, отказалась, сославшись на то, что 9 утра - рано, она готовит, по её словам, шикарный бранч, но завтрак подать никак не может.Вид на город - это вид на окна домов через улицу. Расположение удобное.

We had booked this 'hotel' for one night via Booking.com. Upon arrival we first struggled for half an hour to find a parking in the neighborhood. We finally found one but still had to walk a small 10 minutes to 'the hotel'. When we finally arrived, we were surprised to find no indication of the hotel. We found ourselves in a street with only normal residential houses and no hotel at all. We tried calling the number of the hotel multiple times. An automated voice asked us which language we wanted to speak and further nothing happened. To make a long story short: we took back our luggage to out car and left.When further investigating and reading the reviews on Booking.com, we saw that this actually is not a hotel, but that it is a bed and breakfast owned by an 80 year old woman. That in itself is already fraud.What exactly happened, we don't know. Did this woman stop the BnB? Did she die? In any case, this was one of the worst experiences you can have concerning hotels: the hotel does not exist.

Un très bel hôtel particulier, décoré avec goût. J'ai l'impression d'avoir été invité par des amis.

Nous avons voulu réserver une chambre dans cet hôtel par le biais de booking. Le prix annoncé était de 80 euros. Après validation de la réservation, nous apprenons finalement qu'il faut payer 125 euros car des frais de ménage (45 euros) sont ajoutés. Étonnés, nous avons appelé l'hôtel afin d'expliquer cette problématique et de pouvoir trouver une solution ensemble. Toutefois l'hôte ne nous laisse pas le temps de parler et est désagréable au téléphone.Nous avons fait ainsi, seuls,les démarches afin que booking annule notre réservation gratuitement. Dommage de perdre des clients pour cela.

The elderly lady (Mrs Auvray) who is the owner of the house is so lovely.We were welcomed in her living room with a little group of guests. It took only a few minutes to feel like home and to fall in love in this heartwarming and generous person.+ the house and the apartment look a bit like a precious, nicely decorated museum; the apartment was very cosy+ the location is perfect to discover the city center: in a calm side street, but at the same time close to everything+ we will keep this place in our heads and hearts

De plus, il faut payer une caution de 500€ et la récupère 7 jours après le départ, personnellement, c'est la première fois qu'on me demande ça
