Crèche People & Baby bilingue Paris 1 - Carrousel

La crèche carrousel est propre, neuve et très bien aménagée.Ma fille adore aller à la crèche, dès qu'on franchit la porte, elle est toute contente.Le personnel est patient et très professionnel. Il y a même des activités d'éveil pour les bébés et on reçoit régulièrement des photos de leurs journées.Leur application est également très pratique et simple d'utilisation.Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

While the team physically present at the creche Carousel are great, this review is for the headquarters / sales team who leave something to be desired. We enrolled our son in this creche on the basis of two days a week, something we agreed on with the sales person, Fany Carbone. Suddenly, they started sending us bills for full time. We quickly pulled our son out of the creche in an attempt to solve the billing issue, but it has been three months and neither Fany Carbone nor her team have replied to a single email. They continue to send us bills even though our son hasn't been there in months. Simply put, the sales team is dishonest and incompetent -- so if you are a business looking for a longterm relationship with a creche, I cannot recommend People & Baby.
