I've rented from them several times over the years, as well as relying on their guide Rab for fantastic days out of bounds... plus they're always my first point of call when something breaks; they carry a great range of spares and the in-house mechanic can often fix your bike so you're back out on the trails in no time. I wouldn't use any other place for bike hire. The staff are all proper mountain bikers with a vast knowledge of the area too and are always happy to share their knowledge of the amazing trails in the area, the friendliest shop in the Alps.
