Due to leave for Spain on Saturday 0600 towing our caravan we were going food shopping on Friday morning 0900. Warning light came on in our Volvo XC70We barely made it to the garage, but the boss saw us. He phone and English speaker, we explained the situation and he looked at the car immediately, which allowed a diagnosis of a snapped fan belt and get one ordered.He promised to start the repair at 2pm and they did. 2.45 we were on our way.We didn't want to drive the car as it was dying so walked into town for a coffee, on the way back the owner passed me and offer a lift back to the caravan site.The repair was as promised and the price was very reasonable !I cannot fault the kindness and professionalism of this garage. Absolutely 100%. Brilliant service..
