I can’t say enough good things about Viking. This was like a floating 5 star hotel. They take care of everything from booking flights and transportation back to the airport. They was even someone waiting to help us check in and get checked in. The boat was amazing and the staff was beyond helpful. The excursions were so well done and the guides are incredibly knowledgeable. It was an amazing experience and I highly recommend it to anyone.

This river cruise, Paris to the Normandy beaches, is our 5th Viking cruise. We've done 4 rivers and 1 Ocean.

My 4th European river cruise. Prior on Uniworld and Crystal River (now OOB).Viking ship is nice and new. Room is adequate but tiny, bathroom; think small motorhome size. Food was nothing special. Included wines were pedestrian. Food service was often protracted. Tours were average and predictable, buses were very full and guides were hard to hear or keep track of.Overall price was high and product was average. None included tours were very expensive. Viking charges $20 per person per day tip of $280 per cabin.I wouldn't recommend viking. You can do better. Suggest Tauck, Uniworld or AMA.

Don't be fooled by their European Cruises ads. We booked a bucket list vacation of a lifetime-very expensive. We were sentan email two (2) days prior to departure advising us of a POSSIBLE" problem with water levels that might require us tochange ships due to an Inability to stay on our booked boat. This was something that they were aware seven weeks prior toour departure date and too Late for any real refunds
