Citadines La Défense Paris

J'ai passer un bon séjour à l'appart hôtel citadines.L'Arena Paris la défense à 10mn.Chambres assez petite mais confortables avec vue sur l'arc de triomphe et la Tour eiffel .Pour un court séjours sa vaudrait le détour.Personnelles chaleureux et à l'écoute des besoins.Petit bémol, le parking à 20€/nuit sans surveillance c'est chère

Bon séjour dans cet établissement. Le petit déjeuner est super.Petit bémol sur le ménage : plusieurs cheveux retrouvés un peu partout...Sinon la chambre était spacieuse et calme, lit confortable. Bien situé au cœur de la défense.Bon accueil.

I booked a cancellable room via this hotel website and I cancelled after 16 min because other 3rd booking agency provided cheaper rate of same cancellable room. Later I found out the hotel though guest reservation online sent an confirmation email of cancellation commission info and the agency already charged around $493 among 667. The agency returned me only $173.I raised this issue to the hotel reception and the hotel reservation agency but they didn't reply me. Please give an reply~Don't make an reservation via this hotel website.

Un très bon hotel bien situé à proximité de la station métro Esplanade de la défense sur laquelle opère le métro 1. Les chambres sont modernes, avec une bonne qualité d'ameublements et ustensiles. Un staff gentil et serviable. Je recommande! Très bonne continuation!

Seul avantage de cet hôtel : son emplacement idéal.Chambres minuscules, ventilation bruyante, aucune insonorisation, moisissure et peinture écaillé dans la salle de bain. C’est tout simplement honteux.Le personnel quant à lui n’est pas agréable et le petit déjeuner n’est pas à la hauteur non plus.Je ne recommande pas

Stayed for one night in March. The staff were very lovely and accommodating. I was put up in a different hotel because of work and was attending a concert at La Défense Arena which was why I chose citadines. The hotel is a little difficult at first. Just 3 minutes walk to the metro.It's currently under construction and the only thing that bothered me was the elevators as there is only one working and if you are staying in the higher floors it stops a few times during the day to pick up guests and construction workers.The room is lovely. I'm sure I got one that's newly renovated. Everything was clean and nice and the bed was so comfortable. It's only a shame I stayed for a night. I wasn't sure how the air conditioned worked but I opened up the window the whole night because it was so stuffy.There were protest during the week and they kindly helped me to store my luggage 2 days prior to my stay when I asked if I could. Their email replies were very prompt which was fantastic.

A éviter absolument ! Une étoile c'est déjà de trop mais c'est le point bloquant pour laisser un commentaire !!!!!Non seulement, l'hôtel est bruyant, mal climatisé mais le summum ce sont les punaises de lit, Oui des punaises de lit !!!!Rien d'autre à signaler ....

Très bon accueil du personnel qui est très arrangeant. Nous avons eu la chance d'être surclassés.Côté chambre c'est propre, plutôt spacieux et optimisé

La chambre est propre et grande. Effectivement, il y a des bruits du métro 1 pendant la nuit margé le double vitrage mais je comprends, on est à Paris. Le prix est très adorable. La madame à l'accueil parle 6 ou 7 languages. Elle est très gentile. Je vous recommande vivement.

The toilet is seperate from the bathroom for some reason. the stuff is very nice and kind. The gym has nothing other than 4 machines tow mats and two of those yoga ball. The hotel is very near the metro which is very helpful. Afterall it is a nice hotel but the rooms are a bit too small and the gym is not the best
