Bonjour cela fait 2ans que j ai deux boxes chez lockall l.l emplacement est génial, c est propre ; tre agréable ; et le personnel est très compétent ; toujours efficace et aimable. Du coup je ne peux que témoigner de façon positive .

I just find this place for storage and also visited by myself before making the contract. It’s in the centre of Paris and very clean and secure place, I like it in first instance. And also the officials are very helpful. Really recommend this place.

I rented a box at the Blvd Haussmann facility for short term storage and can't recommend the company enough!The staff are extremely kind (a shout out to Pregana, who sold me the box, and Karl who was there to cancel my contract when I no longer needed it) and the facility top-notch (extremely clean). The central Paris location couldn't have been more convenient and the app to unlock the unit super convenient as well (no need to buy a lock).If you are in need for storage in Paris, this is the place to go!

We went here unsure if to get a box but we were greeted with Karl, an incredibly friendly and lively guy. He was patient with us, he spoke perfect English and he answered all our questions. I think he is the perfect reflection of the company, safe, friendly and caring. Definitely recommend. :)

Great service and facilities, we were very happy with our decision to store our goods in this center. However, completely disappointed with the contract cancellation process - despite following all required steps to end the rental and receiving confirmation by two staff members that the cancellation was processed, I was still charged for an extra month. It’s been more than 30 days now that I’m waiting for reimbursement.

Un centre impeccable très beau, très agréable, propre et sécurisé au max avec des caméras partout. Idéal pour les particuliers et les professionnels. Surtout avec l'option accès H24.J'ai quitté un concurrent pour ici. Je ne le regrette pas du tout. Et conseil cela à tout ceux qui comme moi sont exigeant avec la qualité, la sécurité et le service après vente.J'ai déjà eu à faire avec trois conseillers chez eux, la relation client pour moi elle est top.

Excellentes prestations pour ce garde-meuble, tant en termes logistiques que pour le suivi d'une équipe présente, dynamique et sympathique.Les tarifs sont efficacement ajustés au besoin, avec souvent des promotions à l'ouverture du contrat.Les locaux sont très propres, accessibles et bien sécurisés. Le système entièrement digitalisé pour l'accès et l'ouverture des boxes est très facile à utiliser depuis l'appli. En outre, La localisation dans le 8ème se révèle très pratique, surtout quand, comme pour moi, on a besoin d'accéder régulièrement à son box.Je recommande grandement les services de cette entreprise.
