From small details like an ancient well to which someone else potentially had water rights, to major matters such as re-drawing property lines, she knew what to do, when to do it, and what to do next.In addition, we’re fairly nervous people. She reassured us when we needed it. She explained what was going on. And when the project went on for six months longer than it ought to have, she kept on working for us. There weren’t any additional fees or time limits. She worked the problem until it was finished.If we need to make another real estate transaction in France, we will absolutely request her services again. I have recommended her to our neighbors, who (because they’re French) are planning to buy a property elsewhere in France. I will recommend her to you. Whether you speak perfect French or not, you need her legal expertise. But if, like us, you speak terrible French, you need her even more. As I say, she made the transaction possible. I doubt anyone else could have done it. Whether your needs are complicated or simple, in French or English, Madame Chaveron should be your first choice of lawyers.
