Super gîte dans petit hameau calme abec une belle vue .Bien conçu pour.les week-ends en famille .

This was a fantastic place to spend 2 weeks at the end of July. Stayed with 3 generations of the same family a total of 9. Loads of space, amazing bedrooms with very comfy beds. The outside space was perfect. Large sail over a huge outside table that was used daily. Table tennis on the patio every day alongside a cracking pool. The views from pool side across the valley to Belves are beautiful and worthy of just standing and admiring. Everything was geared towards a relaxing stay out of the way but close enough to not be isolated. The Belves evening feast was great. Our hosts were gracious and engaging making our stay more rewarding. Didn't want to leave and would revisit in a heartbeat.

Très beau gîte. La propriétaire est très gentille.Superbe piscine avec une vue splendide. L eau y était à 25-26 quand nous y étions. On s'est bien baignés étant donné les 31 degrés extérieur.Les propriétaires ont même mis à disposition de l anti moustique alors qu il n'y a pas plus de moustiques qu ailleurs. Très attentionné . La pelouse venait d'être tondue.Les douches par contre étaient tièdes. Et il y a bcp bcp de mouches ! On a dû acheter une tapette !Il fait assez chaud dans les chambres de l étage. Nous avons dû dormir les fenêtres ouvertes car la température devait approcher les 28 -29 degrés à l' intérieur.

Une vue incroyable ,une maison très confortable ,un lieu privilégié de tranquillité .Une piscine cristalline , la Dordogne très proche , baignade ,canoës, châteaux, gouffres, grottes,que d’occupations à portée de main . Nous avons passé deux semaines magnifiques et récidivons l’année prochaine .A 200 mètres lait, œufs à la ferme ,farine de blé ancien produite et moulue par l’agriculteur . Producteur de fromages de chèvres à côté .J’ai rarement loué une maison aussi agréable avec des couchés de soleil panoramiques aussi invraisemblables .Je recommande absolument.

We have passed a marvelous 2 weeks in Marie-Pierre`s and Garry`s property, certainly one of the best holiday homes for a large family get together in the Dordogne. Lots of room for 6 adults and 6 children with an inside living area large enough for everyone to feel at ease and a huge terrace with a barbecue for outside dining. With 5 bedrooms and 4 baths there was no waiting in the morning for showers etc.A truly fully equipped kitchen with the lovely products from local markets made cooking a pleasure.Tastefully decorated and equipped with wi-fi internet connection, board games, DVD player, the children were occupied even if the weather was bad ( just 2 days). The rest of the time the pool with its superb view over the countryside and visits to nearby tourist sites took up all of our time and energy. The property is ideally situated for visiting the sites in the Black Perigord ( Sarlat, Monpazier, Castelnaud ).A special word of thanks to Marie-Pierre and Garry for their constant help and advice in choosing shops, vineyards and everything else that makes a holiday memorable.
