La définition même de la maltraitance institutionnelle auprès des usagers les plus vulnérables.Le comportement de certains policiers démontre clairement un abus de pouvoir ! Le respect et mutuel Monsieur le policier. Restez humble ! Il ne faut jamais penser que l´on est intouchable ! A vous très cher policier avec qui j´ai essayé d´échanger ce 21 Novembre 2022 : je ne vous souhaite pas de tomber sur quelqu'un d´aussi imbus de sa personne que vous, lorsque vous serez en situation de vulnérabilité administrative ou autre...

Very long time of wait although the staff is good and helpful. Called 8.30 but so long time to wait . Needs Improvement.

Terrible service. Police officers didn’t help at all, one lady even ignored me when I asked if this was the right place to come for the driver’s ID. There was even a fight outside and the cops started pushing and hitting this man who just wanted help

Quand ont appel l'ofil pas réponse!! je me demande a quoi sert ce téléphone ? Si nous arrivons pas les joindre et nos impôts aussi finalement ! Moi je voulais juste un renseignement très important ! Moi je suis plus efficace comme bénévole que eux en tant que salarié !!!

The appointment provides the same time for all people. Its makes long long queue from the morning even no social distance maintained. The direction marks are not clear and not appropriate.There is 6 counters but 2 people are there to serve. Its always crowded!!Hardly found someone to provide the accurate information or Help.There is too many things to be improved.Hope concern Department will take care.
