Lucy tailors her classes so she meets the needs of all her students. She takes time either before or after her classes to establish the needs of everyone. In my case, as a relative beginner, she took my email address and sent me a range of specific exercises to meet my needs.Lucy circulates her classes when appropriate to confirm that each individual is doing the movements correctly. At the same time, she advises individuals to do alternative movements if appropriate.I couldn’t recommend Lucy highly enough from my perspective.

I do group yoga classes with Lucy and love her energy and the way she adapts the class to your needs. Highly recommend trying out yoga with her!

J’ai la chance de suivre des cours particuliers avec lucy depuis plusieurs mois. Je serai maintenant bien incapable de changer de professeur que ce soit au niveau de la pratique que de l’état d’esprit. Lucy sait être à l’écoute, attentive à mes postures et m’accompagner dans ma pratique. Très belle rencontre sportive et humaine.
