Saw Mike's ad in a magazine in 2020 after moving to France and contacted him to set us up with an internet service. He done this for us and had no problems until we came to cancel in April this year (22) after changing to fibre with another company. We couldn't access our account on the client space. Called Mike and left a message to ask for the details he had used to set up our account (we had always thought it was strange that we had never received any correspondence from the company). NO REPLY BACK. We eventually sent a cancellation letter with the SIM number from our box, our email & phone number and we knew the account was cancelled as they had stopped charging us for it each month but got no correspondence from them regarding this. We got a letter on Tuesday this week from a DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY on behalf of the company for €149.00 to be paid within 7 days. We contacted the company to ask why. It was a penalty for non-return of their equipment which we knew nothing about. We said we still had it and could we return it. They said that a different department would contact us straight away to tell us where and provided the usual part telephone number they would call, we told them this was not our number but they weren't interested as the number they were contacting was the number the account had been set up with. We checked the digits provided and it was Mike's mobile number (he had also used a made up email address). We phoned Mike immediately and he confirmed he had just received a message from the company and we told him that we had received a bill and could he send us the details of the message so we could return the equipment..he said he would 'have a look'. Fast forward to today Friday and he still has not had the decency to reply to us at all. Due to his appalling customer service we have just had to pay €149.00 to a debt company to clear our name.

I can't praise Mike enough. He goes above and beyond, his customer service is superb and his work is of the highest quality. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

This one man band gave us a second hand livebox when we ordered a new one, won’t answer his phone set up an account in another name, we had no internet and no end of problems. What he was up to I leave you to guess. Therefore I would not recommend
