The best place to be .It's really a happy place! Tom Cruz is there to serve you always with a smile! I was there also on Monday morning my last day in Paris to say goodbye but unfortunately was closed. See you next time my friend!!

The server was friendly, eccentric, and helpful. He loved entertaining everyone who entered his cafe. When I asked for the menu he said 'let me make a recommendation - egg, cheese and tandoori chicken' (I was after a savory crepe). I also bought a nutella, banana and strawberry crepe. Both were delicious! We paid 19.80 Euros for two crepes - located in a popular tourist area.

Ce lieu porte magnifiquement son nom, le patron est so happy.Ça fait du bien des gens avec autant de joie de vivre dans Paris surtout dans ce lieu de la Concorde.Merci pour l'accueil et bon continuation.

Had hot chocolate and a croissant here every morning my week in Paris always delicious. The best part is the service. Saw the owner walking down the street a few blocks away, he recognized me and stopped and asked how my visit was going. It’s a great place to start your day.

Some of the best hospitality we have encountered here in Paris. We came here from Texas and his southern hospitality outshined us by leap years. Everything we had here was delightful and the staff here is very welcoming. Great place to sit and enjoy a simple bite/meal. We met Tom Cruise here too!

It was a happy place to eat! The food was delightful and the man (pictured here) who served us was truly focused on the patron's pleasure. He spoke at least 3 languages while we were there to the different customers. I easily recommend this establishment to you.

Since the lines were long at Angelina, we went here and so happy we did! The owner/server was super friendly and nice. I had my first french croissant here. If I come back, I will def come back here.

Visited Happy Caffé before our Louvre Museum visit. It was a wet and cold morning but Mr Happy give us much warmth with his smile, good service and food. We had a table with a nice view of the Tuileries, ordered a vegan burger and 2 croissant set, biscoff parfait and macaron for dessert and hot chocolate with whipped cream for beverage. Very rich and warms you up and powers you through the whole Louvre experience. Love you guys at the Happy Caffé. You made me feel so welcomed in Paris!

This was one of my top favorite experiences in Paris on the service alone. It's located not too far from the Louvre but has the best sandwiches and desserts. The waiter was beyond friendly and honestly made the experience all together. He made us feel just as if we're a fellow Parisian in his home. ❣️
