I recently completed a training program at Télémédecine 360, which was held at the Russian-Armenian University in Armenia. From the very beginning, I was impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the team at Télémédecine 360.Throughout the training program, I learned a lot about telemedicine. The trainers were incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, and they provided me with the skills and tools necessary to succeed. In fact, the training was so comprehensive that I felt well-prepared to take on the challenges of the Master of Digital Health (MDH) program at Deggendorf Institute of Technology in Germany, and I passed my exams with confidence(Many many thanks to Robin and Tigran : ) ).Overall, I highly recommend Télémédecine 360 to anyone looking to gain practical skills and knowledge in the field of telemedicine. If you're looking for a top-notch training experience that will prepare you for success in the field of digital health and telemedicine, then Télémédecine 360 is a good choice.

I began working with Dr Robin during the COVID 19 pandemic in Fiji 2021 as there was considerable interest in the telehealth at the administrative divisions. During this period, there were border restrictions and patients were having difficulty accessing the primary health care system and hospital services for the specialist clinics. We were introduced to Dr Robin and team by WHO in the pre-pandemic period in 2020, and during initial discussions on an NCD telehealth proposal (virtual care diabetes management) and later on with the tele dentistry project with Dr Sonish (see review below). Most notably during the period, we had worked together with Dr Robin to review the WHO Pacifc Telemedicine project checklist assessment and education forums during this period with SPC and WHO.We are happy with the guidance and look forward to a broader long-term and productive relationship with telemedicine 360 as we develop our own capabilities, health workforce and community in the effective use of telemedicine in the future.Eric RafaiHead of Research, Innovation, Data analysis & Management and ICTMinistry of Health & Medical ServicesRepublic of Fiji
