Highly professional auction house but excessive shipping costs. Paid 400 Euro for a parcel of ordinary size. For shipping inside France they would still have taken 200 Euro. I have heard that from others as well. Will avoid it in future.

Die gekaufte Uhr läuft nicht, ist nicht servierbar und muss durch Rolex restauriert werden. Kostenpunkt mind. 4000.-- zusätzlich zu den Auktionskosten. Da kann man ja gleich die Uhr neu kaufen! So betrachtet entspricht die Beschreibung im Katalog des Auktionshauses nicht der Wahrheit und müsste juristisch und strafrechtlich geahndet werden.

First time customer and definitely the last time. Worst communication ever. Online customer representative gave me Ms. Lea Courage’s email address twice. Emailed her twice within 2 weeks never got any response as if I had never contacted her. What’s the point of making her the point of contact if she doesn’t bother reading her emails from client or doesn’t responding emails maybe because my small winning bid doesn’t worth her time? The team contacted me couple times before I made the final payment (shipping cost), after they received the full payment, never responded to emails again, no tracking info provided whatsoever. After I called the gentleman who initially contacted me said he was not at his desk but would call me back in a few minutes. Guess what, waited for a whole day, nothing happened as expected. If you are new to this auction house especially when you are not in France. Avoid it! !!!! If I could give them 0 star, I would! No customer service at all. Showed 0 courtesy.

Très déçu par les pratiques de cette maison de vente. Décevant à tous les niveaux. La vente en ligne n'est pas encore au point chez Bonhams. Vous pensez remporter les enchères en étant le dernier enchérisseur quand on ne vous donne plus la possibilité d'enchèrir, et bien chez Bonhams le fonctionnement est tout autre : l'adjudication n'est pas pour vous! L'enchère est pour une personne en salle. Incroyable, vous ne pouvez pas surenchérir et votre adjudication la plus haute est donnée à une personne en salle. Lamentable tant coté acheteur que pour les vendeurs. A fuir.
