I stayed in their Chatillon housing. Do not stay here. They will not return you the security deposit or the CAF. Very unprofessional and incompetent bunch of people.I have written over 40 to 50 emails to the management, which has not been helpful at all. For the past two months, they kept insisting that I check the money in my account at home as they have done the needful without giving me even the correct date of transaction of the money - only to be told that the money was never transferred.Now after 5 months - I have been told that the money was transferred in March itself and all the emails about the rejection of the payment should not be considered. They have stopped responding to my emails and have said this is not there problem any more.If you love your money, do not stay here. They will not returnThis place is a scam. Robbed off 1281 euros

Zero star, the place is a scam as it tries to rip you off from your deposit. During my check in the fridge had some scratches and bed sheet had Yellow stained. I told Brahim on the check in he said it is from previous person don't worry. He said check everything during check in I want this place in same condition on check out. He only spend 6 minutes to explain and inspect the room. I showed him problems and told him to please take pictures of the fridge and bed sheet he did but he did not put it in the check in contact and the check in contract said everything was in good shape when it was clearly not. Then on check out surprise! I gave the bed sheets dry cleaner with a bill and wrapped in plastic bag. But in check out my contract there were pictures of bed sheet which were taken during check in. How is this possible when a bed sheet is in plastic bag yet there are pictures of it in check out contract !!Also he did not put the fridge pictures in the contract and I said you told me it was OK during check in and check out he says I don't remember saying that it is not there in contract so it is my faultDuring check in he spend only 6 minutes but on check out they spend like 20 minutes to inspect everything. Now I lost my security deposit because of this moreover they only work 4 hours a day. This Brahim is there in morning and then in afternoon he disappearThe reason we have too many peopleAtleast what I saw on my floor there were more than 10 rooms but only r person were thereHe doesn't update the name on the post box so it looks as if building is filled when i opened my mail box there were letters from last yearLike I said they make it look like as if they have too many people but it is not true.The only reason place is clean because not many people actually use it ! Plus they take every chance to rip off your security deposit as I showed above.Also in my contract it was written that co working space is there but when I asked for it they said no we don't have it .Plus they said it will take 3 months to get deposit which is lie because in August with french on holiday I am not sure whether I will ever get it.Please stay away and if at all you have to stay do the following things.1. Never sign anything given by them or Brahim no matter what they say tell them send a contract I will read it and then sign it2. Take atleast 1 hour during check in and take pictures of every corner of the room kitchen bathroom every single corner and sign the contract only when all the pictures are there in check in contract.3. There are four contracts lease, check in, pre checkout and check out. Make sure you have copy of each and there are pictures in the check out and check in contract taken by you not Brahim.4. Even after all this they will try to rip you off and will try to take security deposit.5. I was very careful with my stay followed all rules yet they made some rules along the way so don't trust the Brahim. Whenever he say you check contract you open the contract show him and ask him where is it written.6. He is not a nice person so be careful while dealing with himOk now what is good about the place.1. Good place for short stay as rooms is comfortable and it is in good location2. OK neighborhood through children around the building make lot of noise3. If you are OK to let go of your deposit 750 euro and ready to deal with a terrible management team then it is a comfortable place to stay.Overall stay at your own risk. I don't recommend it

Rien ne marche ici: pas de chauffage qui marche (illégal ), 2 machines pour 189 logements(dont 1/2 souvent ne fonctionne pas), avec l'hôtel qui les utilisent aussi et qui ne veut rien entendre. L'ascenseur tjrs bloque : le cas cette semaine d'un blockage pour UNE SEMAINE sans excuses (7étages dans la résidence). Cerise sur le gâteau, la gestion TC ne fait aucun effort pour trouver des solution durables. Je ne recommande pas. Une étoile pour le personnel gentils du service de nettoyage.

Étant étudiante dans la résidence. Voici le service:Il est franchement exaspérant que l'ascenseur ne soit pas réparé depuis près d'une semaine ! Monter au 6ème étage à chaque fois, descendre pour la lessive, sans trouver de machine libre, tout en faisant des allers-retours, c'est une situation récurrente.En plus, en rentrant le soir, la chambre est glacialement froide. Alors que nous sommes en fin octobre. Jusqu'à quand cette situation va-t-elle perdurer ? Les sociétés d'ascenseur assurent un service minimum le week-end, alors pourquoi n'a-t-on pas appelé pour résoudre définitivement le problème de l'ascenseur qui tombe en panne si fréquemment ? Il est temps de régler ces problèmes une fois pour toutes.De plus, les chauffages qui ne chauffent jamais (l'an dernier, le mien n'a jamais fonctionné), et les machines à laver qui tombent en panne constamment, laissant une seule machine pour toute la résidence, sont inacceptables.Nous payons pour ces services, un niveau de service minimum doit être assuré quand-même

Résidence à fuir !!La résidence n'allume pas le chauffage dans les logements pour faire des économies au détriment de la santé des locataires.La température réglementaire n'est pas respectée (mesure de température dans mon appartement faite par la résidence)!!Malgré plusieurs relance rien n'est fait, je vous déconseille vraiment cette résidence.

locataire depuis aout 2022:-volet cassé depuis 2 mois, pas d'accès à la lumière du jour dans l'appartement-pas de chauffage non plus (115€ de charges) donc températures quasiment toujours sous les 19°C (parfois sous les 15°C la nuit)Vraiment on se moque de nous, c'est révoltant

Pas de chauffage dans cette résidence neuve c'est inadmissible !!! D’autant plus qu’il est inclus dans le prix du loyer!!! Les températures oscillent entre 15 et 17 degrés maxi et nous avons été contraints d'investir dans un radiateur avec un surplus de coût d'électricité à notre charge bien évidemment! Malgré plusieurs relances et un courrier en recommandé, aucune réaction de la résidence. Prochaine étape en Janvier : faire constater les températures par un huissier de justice. De qui se moque t-on?

Trop de problèmes et d'irrespect de la part de l'administration de twenty campus. Les gestionnaires ne font rien et repondent pas aux demandes.En hiver les chauffages marchent pas et en été un vrai fourneau, et ils n'ouvrent pas les fenêtres pour raffraichir parceque si quelqu'un se suicide par les fenêtres du couloir c'est la faute de la direction".Il n'y que 2 machines à laver pour 170 logements
