We recently vacationed in France and Switzerland, flying into and out of Paris. For each trip, we utilized the services of Stéphane Nancy with My Driver in Paris. On both trips, he was timely, professional, and drove us to our destination in a safe and careful manner.Stéphane was quite nice to us and he gave us some excellent information about Paris on our rides. His communication with us was excellent. He kept us appraised as to where he was, when he would arrive, etc. Additionally, when he took us to the airport for our return home, he had already verified the status of our flight and the proper terminal. And, even better, he walked us through where to go in the terminal and the process for going through customs, etc.The ride was in a lovely, comfortable car (BMW, I believe) that made the ride so very relaxing.If you are heading to Paris or just in town, you can’t find a better car service nor a more professional driver than Stéphane!

Stephane Nancy and his car service was amazing!!! Very quick to respond on email, answered all questions promptly, and doesn't charge until transportation service is complete. Extremely friendly and professional. We requested both a car service from airport to downtown Paris and a fast track service. I highly recommend both. The fast track was amazing, they met us at the gate, walked us through luggage claim, through security, and then took us to front of line at customs and to our car. Very fast and easy! Stephane was a wealth of knowledge and I would use his service again in a heartbeat.

Stéphane provides a great service, it was easy to communicate with him and the reservation process was very easy. He made sure we knew when he was on his way and what time he would arrive for pickup. On arrival at CDG he even walked in with us to be sure we knew where to go to checkin. Highly recommend his services if you are coming to Paris.

Stéphane confirmed our service the day before each reservation and provided clear instructions on where to meet him to ensure a seamless pickup. He was very prompt. His car was clean and spacious. Stephane is brilliant. We were unsure on what we wanted to do but he had loads of great stops for pictures etc.He gave us loads of information and nothing was too much trouble for what was an unforgettable day in Paris in-spite of the rain. This was a very pleasant experience at both pick up and drop off at the airport. Stephane was a delight and so accommodating, he even tried to find croissants at 2 bakeries at 6am for our return flight! I highly recommend his services and will be using him again in the future.

The glowing reviews of the service that Stéphane provides are not at all exaggerated—he is every bit as wonderful as his reviews claim. I sought out Stéphane’s services as I was arriving after an overnight flight alone with very limited French skills. As the wife of a Chicago police detective, I am extremely conscious of safety and security and did not feel comfortable trying to figure out the metro in my jet lagged state with luggage especially given the prevalence of pickpockets.Leading up to my trip, my communication with Stéphane was prompt, courteous, and flawless. Upon arrival, I had a What’s App message as soon as I landed, and Stéphane immediately whisked me away as soon as I passed through customs. In person, Stéphane was just as pleasant, and his car was immaculate. In the car I was provided cold beverages and Stéphane chatted with me in English about my plans in France and my other drives that I had scheduled with him.I’d originally scheduled Stéphane to pick my daughter and me up very late from our day at Disneyland Paris. However, when we decided to move our departure time up due to the extreme heat that day, Stéphane was prompt in his communications with me and very helpful in giving me options of different pick up times when he was available. We ultimately ended up canceling and taking the train back as Stéphane was unavailable when we were hoping to return, but I greatly appreciated his communication and flexibility.Finally we were able to see Stéphane again when he provided our transportation from our apartment back to CDG for our return flight. Once again everything was perfect. Stéphane communicated with me the day before to confirm and the morning of when he was on his way and when he had arrived. On the way he verbally guided me through the process to collect our VAT tax refund and walked us right to that spot in the airport and made sure we knew where to go from there.In conclusion, I cannot recommend Stéphane’s services highly enough. He is a wonderful gentleman who will see to all your driving needs with the utmost care and concern.

Stephane was the most amazing person! I think he was my favorite part of my Paris trip. He made sure we were on time, helped us whenever possible! He was truly the best. I HIGHLY recommend him!
