Die Agence hat zwei Standorte - in Trie-sur Baïse und ca.60 km nördlich in Castéra-Verduzan. An beiden Orten wurde ich sehr freundlich empfangen. Zur Verständigung diente die Französische oder Englische Sprache. Über das Angebot an Liegenschaften konnte ich mich auf der Web-Seite gut informieren. (Es scheint üblich zu sein, dass die Ortsangaben zudem Objekten nur sehr ungenau sind.) Die Besichtigungen vor Ort, der etwas aufwendige Ablauf des ganzen Prozesses, bis zur Unterschrift beim Notar, wurden sehr freundlich und kompetent abgewickelt. Auch nach dem Abschluss war ich sehr dankbar für erste Informationen über Versicherungen und Handwerker etc.

Compass and the team have been brilliant. They demonstrated an in depth knowledge of the local housing market, and their professionalism shone through at each stage of the sales process. In addition their help with translation and the legal system was absolutely invaluable. How can we begin to explain the shear amount of help and kindness we were given while we were selling our much loved home here in the Gers.
