New Generation École de Ski & Snowboard - Tignes

My son was having his 1st go at snowboarding. His instructor Pascal was excellent, spoke great English and made the lesson really fun and enjoyable.Ollie progressed brilliantly and Pascal gave us a video to watch at the end of the lesson which was a really nice addition.Couldn't have asked for anything better!

We booked a private 2.5 hour lesson for myself, my husband and our 15 year old son. The lesson went so quickly as the instructor was very engaging and helped us to understand where we could improve our technique which we tried to implement for the rest of the week. Some days were better than others for us! I would highly recommend New Generation. We will be going back to Tignes next year and will definitely be booking another lesson!

We had a great day! We booked the Touring and Backcountry experience in Tignes. Rico was our guide and Guy, one of the directors, joined us to take some photographs which worked out really nicely as we had two experienced guides with us. They were both really lovely and knowledgeable, Rico was helpful with instructing how to ski the off-piste snow that we skied and found us some great snow in comparison to the icy terrain in resort! The whole group was really chuffed with the snow conditions that Rico found for us and the touring was also great. It was mine and my partners first time touring and we really enjoyed, we'd definitely do it again. I had a few nervous moments and Rico took some 1-1 time to help me through them and come out with a big smile on my face. A fantastic guide and we hope to share more experiences with him again some day.

My 7 year old girl has just finished a weeks lessons with new generation at Tignes (her second skiing trip) and had a fabulous time. Her instructor, Andrea, was super patient and made the whole experience really fun, with time out for snow ball fights and hot chocolate, and her skiing has really come on. The bit extra you New Gen is well worth it, with small groups your child gets proper tuition in a well structured but fun environment. Whilst she needs instruction we shall be choosing resorts where New Generation have a base.

Wow!! Absolutely fantastic. Had snowboarding lessons for a week with Pascal (first time snowboarding), i couldn’t imagine better.Firstly the company were fabulous, we had to move it 3 years in a row due to covid and they were more than accommodating doing this for us.Now onto Pascal.. he was an incredible instructor, very patient, knowledgeable, we started off knowing hardly anything and finished the week being able to confidently snowboard! Would highly recommend new generation and especially lessons with Pascal, we couldn’t have asked for a better instructor, it honestly made our week having these lessons with Pascal! If your going to book, 10000% book with him!

I booked private lessons for my 11 and 9 year old for 8 days over Christmas. My eldest son is autistic and I was keen to have a recommendation. However, I spoke to the New Gen office who recommended booking the same start time each day and making a note about my requirements. Paolo taught my boys every day. he was INCREDIBLE. His positive energy, passion for teaching, patience and love of skiing was fantastic. I could not have asked for a better instructor. My boys had never skied before, and after just 8 days, were zooming around, confident and tackling runs that never imagined would have been possible.The positive reinforcement which he gave to the boys was genuine and heart warming to see. Amazing from start to finish. I will absolutely be re-booking and requesting the lovely Paolo.Thank you!

New Generation are a fantastic ski school that I would highly recommend for children's lessons. We have used them for our last three holidays. My son had a brilliant experience in Tignes this year and I think Marco might just be his best instructor yet!

Thoroughly enjoyed the off-piste session with Andrea in Val D'Isere. We were extremely lucky to ski on a blue sky day - not quite bluebird but the winds from the evening before meant we had fresh tracks.Andrea managed to find pockets of fresh snow throughout the whole day despite the resort being known for getting tracked out quickly. An amazing adventure and pitched at a great level to enjoy the full day, including a few challenges to keep us on our toes.Andrea is a credit to the ski school - thank you so much for a fantastic day.

J'ai skié avec Pascal de New Generation et c'était incroyable. C'est un excellent moniteur de ski et sa passion pour le sport est contagieuse. Pascal était très patient et m'a aidé à progresser à mon rythme. Je recommande sans hésitation. Merci beaucoup pour cette expérience fantastique !
