Ana is a lovely and kind pet sitter. She truly loves the dogs and even goes out of her way to pamper them on special occasions. She is a trained dog groomer as well and does a great job in making the little furballs be neat, clean and look awesome!

J'ai eu la chance de rencontrer Ana, c'est une pet sitter fiable. Elle s'est occupée de ma adorable petite Malou (chat) pendant les vacances, y est allée trois fois par semaine, l'a nourri, a nettoyé la litière, lui a donné de l'eau fraîche et un peu d'affection. Je recommande vivement ses services.

Ana is a godsend! She is so good with our Lucy and Lucy loves her as well. Its so rare to find a dogsitter who is dedicated and loves her client like Ana. Even for overnight boarding Ana welcomes Lucy as if she was part of the family! We couldnt recommend Ana enough!

Ana was unreliable, I contacted her end of the morning, she agreed on keeping my dog for 3 hours for the following afternoon and at the end of the day she cancelled. While she agreed after a few basic questions (the dog breed, age, dog behaviour) she was dishonest afterwards saying that if she cancelled it is because she doesn’t accept dog she doesn’t know.Also her price was very high 20chf/ h.

Ana has been taking care of my 2 cats every time I travel for the past 5 years. She is trustworthy, reliable and communicative, sending pictures and updates on the cats frequently. She also pays attention and reports suspicious/abnormal behaviors (signs of diarrhea, pee outside the litter box, eating less than usual, etc) — and has at times done some extra visits to check on their well-being after such incidents. Leaving your apartment’s key and the well-being of your pets to a stranger is a delicate matter, and I’m happy that Ana has become a friend over the years and seen my family evolve and grow.

Ana has cared for my 2 little yorkies keeping them overnight and also grooming them. I trust her implicitly with my dogs as it is rare to meet someone so caring and reliable. If she takes care of your pets, they will indeed be in very good hands and you can rest assured that they will be safe and happy.
