Went to get my cycle puncture fixed here this afternoon. Very polite and welcoming hosts. Kindly offered to fix it in less than an hour after I dropped off the cycle in the shop. On my return discovered that they had not bothered to check for the puncture or the air leak and instead fully replaced the entire tube. I was charged CHF 30 (10 for the tube and 20 for labour). I later discovered that the issue was not with the puncture but instead with the valve (and not with the tube itself). What a waste - for the environment when full replacement is done instead of just adjusting a valve.
