Normandy D Day Tours

Nous sommes venus en Normandie en famille le weekend du 11 novembre. Nous avions il y a quelques années déjà réalisé des musées du débarquement, nous voulions vivre une nouvelle expérience avec un guide.Après plusieurs contacts, Guillaume nous a été recommandés, quel magnifique moment ! Dans un mini-bus impeccable, le programme regroupe notamment Pointe du Hoc et Omaha Beach. Explications très claires, Guillaume est à l'écoute et nous fait profiter de sa passion naturellement. I cannot recommend Normandy D Day Tours enough! I planned a trip to Normandy for my parents for their first-ever international trip. Guillaume was the best - he worked with us to personalize the tour to make sure that we got the most out of our day trip and arranged it so that we were able to close out the day with a viewing of taps at the American Cemetery. Guillaume had a wealth of knowledge and shared lots of interesting stories of his own experiences working with WWII veterans and their families. At each of the stops, he had pictures of what the site used to look like, as well as a map to show us where we were in relation to the rest of the beaches. We learned so much more than we would have exploring on our own. He picked us up/dropped us off at our hotel, and even had lunch recommendations. We will absolutely be back, and will definitely use Normandy D Day Tours again! Worth every dollar for a truly priceless experience.

Guillaume spent nine hours with me, my wife, and two college age children on July 8. He brought us to some amazing D-Day locations in the Normandy area taking the less-traveled back roads. Guillaume provided both a broad overview of historical events and soldiers' personal stories that brought the events to life. He has a nice sense of humor and thoroughly answered our questions. We would recommend him with enthusiasm!

Excellent tour avec François, guide compétent et très sympathique. Repas à l hôtel de la gare où est le siège de l agence , prix très compétitif et cuisine excellente. Tout était parfait !

Un grand merci Guillaume pour cette excellente visite, qui nous a transporté un après-midi... vers le 6 juin 1944 !!C'était émouvant, incroyable, une page d'Histoire à ciel ouvert !! Nous avons passé un agréable moment avec vous et découvert votre région Normande, chargée d’histoire.Merci pour ce moment vraiment magique qui nous a plu ainsi qu'à mon fils de 14 ans qui l'étudie au programme de 3ème au collège !Je recommande vivement vos services et allez (re)découvrir la Normandie :)

5+ Stars!Guillaume (William) Marie was an amazing guide for our private tour. He was so knowledgeable about the history. He grew up in the area so he told us about his family and their experiences which were a wonderful addition to the rest of the tour.We had our adult son and his partner with us and we all had a wonderful day learning facts and hearing stories of the past.My husband is a retired airborne ranger and he so appreciated Guillaume's ensuring that the Ranger's impacts were included.He was flexible too-he worked in a wonderful stop to a 100 year old cider farm that was amazing.Cannot say enough about Guillaume.If you want a day tour you will not soon forget then this I s it!
