Hôtel Le Presbytère

I would highly recommend Le Presbytère! The rooms were spacious, immaculate and very unique. All the staff is incredible (from our drivers to and from the airport, the cleaning staff and the front desk staff), very kind and willing to help you with anything you may need. The location was ideal, walking distance to most every tourist site, but also to neighborhoods off the beaten path. We hope to be back!

The location is exceptional. The hotel is a part of the church, the top floor offers a room for five people, a perfect family option. We would immediately go there again, it is a magical place.

Je ne recommande pas cet établissement qui manque de sérieux, d’honnêteté, qui ne reconnaît pas ces torts mais par contre qui sait très bien encaisser votre argent sans assurer la réservation derrière ; ci-après une expérience qui aurait dû être génial mais qui tourne au vinaigre.Notre chambre réservée et payée le 27/06/2022 qui était un cadeau pour mon mari à été vendue deux fois. Donc à notre arrivée et quand je suis rentrée dans la chambre le choc à été rude de découvrir leur plus belle pièce qui était le « dôme » remplacée par une chambre banale sans style & caractère.Le plus effarant c’est que la personne qui nous à reçu à laissé sous entendre que c’était de ma faute car la deuxième vente à été faite le 2 octobre courant.Venant de loin spécialement pour cette chambre nous avons demandé le remboursement qui à été mal accueillie par l’hôtelier et qui à fini par s’exécuter.Il à eu le culot de nous proposer une chambre banale ce que j’appelle le 1er prix quasiment au même tarif que celle du « dôme » qui est magnifique.Au regard de ce que nous avons vu, nous avons pensé que les tarifs de leur établissement sont bien au delà de la qualité de ce qu’il propose sur leur site internet compris la qualité du petit déjeuner dans ce qu’il propose avec du surplus pour des œufs.Très grosse déception !!!!!!

Parfait pour un séjour de quelques jours à Paris. Accueil chaleureux. Seul petit bémol, l’un des matelas était un peu mou. J’y retournerai certainement

We stayed in the suite on the top floor earlier this month and absolutely loved the room and hotel! The office staff was friendly and helpful, the room was immaculate, beautiful and unique, and the AC worked great! The location was central and lively, but the room was quiet with the windows closed. And there is a convenient grocery store and bakery just across the street. We read about the stairs so we were prepared for them!

The hotel is wonderful! I have stayed for the first time in September, 2023 and came back already in October 2023, with my family. The rooms are nice and well planned, the bath/shower equipment is nice and new, which is always important for me. The location is great, and what’s the most important is the service. The personnel is friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Jeremy, who helped me/us a lot with the taxi/transfer and other issues during my both visits. The quality is more for 4 starts than the official 3 that it has. Probably because there is no elevator (?) Definitely worth the money you pay for the room, highly recommended.

Ce 3 étoiles qui en vaut 5 !Si vous souhaitez résider en plein cœur de Paris, en étant totalement dépaysé avec un séjour de quelques siècles en arrière mais avec tout le confort moderne, cet hôtel est fait pour vous!Le personnel est adorable, et la chambre dôme est juste incroyable ! This is an overdue review, we stayed between June to July 2023. When we checked out, the hotel staff Miguel said he will ensure our feedback was given to the management. I hope by now, things have improved.Location: perfectly located in the heart of Paris and above the river seine, but note the narrow spiral stairs up to hotel rooms and reception, can be a 3-5 stories climb. This is common in Paris.Service: was inconsistent between the day and night personnel, day personnel (Miguel) was prompt and helpful, friendly, offered to help us with our luggages when we arrived. While the night personnel simply could not care and did the minimal to brush issues off. We feedback to Miguel and he listened.Rooms: Clean and neat. But sadly the heating bars in the restrooms were not working despite turned on. We checked with the front desk their reply was that it’s only turned on during cold seasons.. was not the case for other hotels we stayed in, very useful for drying clothings and towels.Bedding: Most of the pillows had a wet and mouldy smell, and even after requesting for change, they still smell as bad, I even requested for the front desk to smell to which he agreed, but they had no replacements, we slept having the pillows covered up with bathroom towels to musk off the smell. This smell is like laundry left in a washing machine undried for couple of hours, or drying clothings partially and then not exposing it to sufficient heat, sunlight to dry, resulting in a damp and wet mouldy smell.Others: front desk could have advised us not to open the windows to enjoy the view & city buzz, which resulted in many flies staying in the room and hovering around the lights throughout the night. We requested for help, for insecticide, but night duty front desk told us there was nothing he could do, perhaps, use the tower to get rid of them, he said.We stayed in a total of 3 hotels during our stay, and had the highest expectation for Le Presbytere, which we also paid to most, but I’m sad to say I was very disappointed overall. Such a waste since its such a romantic hotel situated within a cathedral / church. We had this high expectations because of the reviews we read here. I sincerely hope the other guests do not experience what we have encountered.

Hôtel plein de charme et le personnel extrêmement accueillant et fort sympathique.

Superbe hôtel au centre de Paris, chambre magnifique , très propre, chaleureuse, très bien équipée. Un accueil très sympathique, gérant au petit soins pour ses clients, petits déjeuners dans la chambre. Petit bémol, si problème locomoteur, les escaliers, car pas d'ascenseur ! Nous étions au 3ème. Mais chambre très calme malgré la vie dans la rue de la verrerie, car beaucoup de restaurants et bars. Très bien situé près de Rivoli, mairie de Paris. Superbe endroit !

Charmant hôtel avec une rénovation de très bonne qualité. Personnel accueillant et disponible. Chambre, certes pas immense, mais calme. Salle de bain spacieuse, belle douche italienne. Petit déjeuner servi en chambre.Quartier vivant, central. Emplacement parfait juste à côté de Beaubourg et du théâtre du Châtelet.A recommander

Beautiful little boutique hotel!! Would highly recommend it! Staff were so friendly and meet all of our expectations. Our room was quite small but was lovely.Supermarket across the street from hotel entrance with lots of bars, shops & restaurants, not far from the Louvre or Notre Dame, metro and train stations near by also which are fantastic for getting around Paris.Only downside (not for us) is there are a lot of stairs so wouldn’t suit someone with mobility issues but the staff helped us with all our luggage.Would definitely stay there again!

Charming, historic, authentic, beautifully appointed and so comfortable. Perfect location. The staff could not have been more helpful, even carrying our luggage up the spiral staircase. Simply perfect!! Thank you!
