I normally don’t leave review since I’m lazy, but Bach watch is an exception. Incredible communication throughout the purchase and timepiece arrived in perfect condition. US custom also went smoothly. Have dealt with multiple vintage watch dealers so far and Alex is one of the best.

I was initially hesitant buying online from overseas without seeing the watch itself. I have to say that Alex was very considerate, answered all my questions, and responsive throughout the entire process. The package arrived relatively quickly from Europe to Asia, as advertised with all accessories stated included, and I am very happy with the piece. I will not hesitate to purchase from Bach Watches in the future, and highly recommend Alex.

I was concerned initially buying my watch overseas (I’m located in Singapore) and not being able to see the watch in person but Alex assured me and was very professional. The transaction was swift and smooth! I received my watch in excellent condition and the parcel was packed very securely. The icing on the cake was the nice personal note from Alex and he even set my watch to my local time! I could wear it immediately!
