Amazing experience we absolutely loved it. A real Great hotel with Spacious rooms,Excellent staff and facilities.Centrally located close to metro and walking distance to the port.They van keep your bags after checkout which is also very convenient.Highly recommended as a base for when in marseille

Bon hôtel mais grosse déception pour le restaurant où on a attendu près d une heure pour manger une soupe et des pâtes. Aucun geste commercial malgré le mécontentement exprimé. Aucun gateau apéritif servi avec les boissons. Bref, je n y mangerai plus.

Très belle expérience !L’hôtel est très propre et très bien placé, la climatisation dans ma chambre avait un petit soucis et ils m’ont directement donné une nouvelle chambre premium pour s’excuser. Un grand merci à Amandine pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme !

Nous avons visité Marseille pour la première fois et nous avons adoré ! Notre choix s'est porté sur l'hôtel NH collection et nous sommes ravis de l'expérience. L'emplacement est parfait et bien desservi. Le personnel est très réactif et accueillant. La chambre était propre, lumineuse et le lit confortable.

This is the best hotel in Marseille. The rooms are beautiful. The staff is very warm and welcoming. The breakfast has a wide variety. It is fresh, and it tastes delicious. I feel safe in the evenings because security is on site. It is wonderful. I highly recommend!

J'ai réservé et payé une chambre pour deux personnes, le concierge me dit qu'ils se sont excusés mais qu'ils n'avaient qu'une chambre avec trois lits séparés disponibles, j'ai précisé que pour 845 € la nuit ils auraient pu enlever le lit en trop et s'arranger pour un double, la réponse a été qu'ils ne le feraient pas car ce n'est pas leur politique. Je suis désolé mais nulle part au monde je n'ai été traité pire que ce pseudo-hôtel.

Bel hôtel, très bien situé, petit déjeuner buffet très agréable et belle chambre dans un immeuble ancien mais bien entretenu. Seul bémol, la réceptionniste : incompétente, tant pour l'accueil que pour les renseignements sur la ville. Le reste du personnel est très aimable et compétent.

Design et literie incroyables.Malheureusement, nuit blanche. J'ai demandé une chambre au calme et j'ai hérité d'une chambre face aux travaux de la rue qui ont travaillé toute la nuit. Impossible de dormir. Je pense que je n'y retournerai pas.

I have just come off a 7 week stay at the NH Marseille hotel and can honestly say it is the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. The choice of hotel was provided for me through the company I was working for but after my time there I will not be making a conscious choice to stay in any of their hotels.The staff were incredibly indifferent and uncooperative at many stages of my stay. On arrival we were told that there was very little chance of a room change to me and my colleague and that if we wanted to see any new rooms it would need to be after 10am on a weekday - not something possible when we were working. We asked that due to the length of our stay we would like to be sure we had a room that we were comfortable with but the staff were blatantly unaware of this.Room service most nights refused to answer the phone for any order requests and closed at weekends; the bar was regularly unstaffed, not fully stocked and closed at irregular hours. I once waited 15 minutes at an empty bar to be served only to then be asked to wait another few minutes before they could make me a drink when someone did come over.The cleaning staff were inconsistent and personal items I had purchased were removed from my room but glasses from drinks I had taken to my room that did belong to the hotel were left in my room for days despite me moving them to the bathroom in an attempt to show I wanted them taken out. Items removed included a bottle of shaving foam in the first two weeks that was never returned as well as well as a set of Union Jack handle cutlery, purchased by myself for evenings when I wanted to eat my own food as something so distinctive I felt no one would think it belonged to the hotel. When I reported it missing the next morning I was told by a receptionist who rolled their eyes to simply ‘take another from the dining room’. It was only after I found a picture online similar to what I had bought when she agreed to have them found and returned as they clearly did not belong to the hotel. The dressing gown I had to request in the first week as one was not provided in the room was taken after a few days and never replaced with a new one.I had a particular interaction with a receptionist in which he laughed at me when I said my cutlery had been taken from my room and not returned for a second time and on a separate occasion even verbally threatened me with violence when I was collecting my laundry after making it clear I did not wish to interact with him anymore.To think that this is a 4 star hotel is truly disappointing and I will actively discourage anyone from thinking of booking with the NH group in any of their locations because of my experiences.

Super hôtel. Accueil irréprochable. La chambre était au calme et très propre. Nous étions avec notre chienne, un kit nous a été donné à l’arrivée pour elle. Je recommande vivement.
