Booked ski holiday in Chamonix and chose transfer by GAT. We arrived very late and we were all tired. The driver couldn't have been more helpful and kind though. Also booked GAT for the way back and although we had a different driver, he was also very kind and we had a smooth journey back to the airport. Would definitely recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We booked a transfer for 4:40am and requested that they only email us for any updates as we didn’t have a working phone (US SIM cards). We waited outside for 30 minutes and the driver no-showed. We had to pay €275 for a taxi and sprint to our gate, we barely made our plane. GAT refuses to accept responsibility claiming they emailed us an update that the pickup was moved to 4:20am and that the driver waited and called (to what phone? We told them we didn’t have one). He cannot show us any sent email and refuses to refund us our fare or reimburse us for the absurdly expensive cab. We had 40 hours of travel ahead of us that was relying on making that flight. We will be taking him to small claims as he threatened to sue us if we leave bad reviews, so I see no other option. I’ve never left a bad review in my life, but companies like this who treat their customers with so little respect, especially when their service is so extremely important that it be performed correctly and on time, deserve the bad review. It would be irresponsible for me NOT to review them.

We used this company for a round trip from Geneva to Les Arc in December 2016. The company were very helpful when I made the booking. The journey was seamless and instructions for meeting the driver were comprehensive. I have just booked with them again for December 2017. I recommend them.

If i could give a zero I would. Bad service, terrible communication, non-reliable. Avoid at all cost.*Update*Since it's not possible to reply to your reply, I'm enhancing my feedback to add details.1. I'm astonished to see the time you lost replying to a public critic, whereas your email comunication with me were litteraly one line each, non-empathic and non-problem-solving.2. yes, I used your services before and i was pleased with it, in a time of pre-pandemic, normal situation with healthy market competition. I'm just rating the latest attempt at using your services. Basically that means that you're attentive to your clients when you need them and despise them when you don't need them.3. your cronology of 2nd Feb onwards is completely wrong. I'm even tempted at posting a print-screen of the emails. Correct would be:(i) you sent on the 2nd of February an email at 1:44pm asking for the flight details - note: no hello"

We had a very good experience with GAT. Even though our flight was late the driver was waiting for us, and they were right on time for the return pick up. Courteous and helpful staff and clean, smart transport. We will use them again. Thanks

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!I booked this company for a ride from Chamonix to Geneva airport. I had a flight at 745am which was the first of 4 flights to end up in Japan. I spoke with the company owner on the phone the night before pickup and I specifically told him my phone did not work in France and email was my only form of contact. I received one email that night that gave a pick up time of 440am the next morning and that was the only contact I had from the company. The next morning we realized something was not right when we were standing outside and it went from 435am to 5am and no one showed. We quickly booked another cab, which was not easy and it cost us €280. I have no record of another email even tho they claim they sent me a second one changing the time to 420am. They have not been able to send me a copy of this email in our discussion since the incident and they refused to refund me the €90 for the transfer and the €280 for the cab we had to take. This was the worst transfer company I have ever worked with and the owner would not admit that it was their fault. Please take your business elsware, they do not deserve to continue if this is the way they treat people.

We booked a return transfer from Geneva to Chamonix. Our driver was waiting for us as we came through the gate and we had a really comfortable, stress free transfer. Our driver was also excellent in the snow conditions and the SMS confirmation messages were super helpful too. Thank you for a great service.
