Hôtel incontournable à Paris , de part son emplacement central , l'accueil du personnel , la qualité des prestations offertes .L'hôtel a été complémentent rénové il y a peu .. le sentiment de séjourner dans un hôtel neuf à quelques pas des Champs Elysées..

L’hôtel est idéalement situé à deux pas de l’arc de Triomphe, mais néanmoins au calme. Les chambres sont décorées avec goût et raffinement, entre classicisme et modernité ; le moindre détail est pensé. Les lits sont des king size et la literie est excellente. Le personnel est très serviable et à votre disposition pour faciliter votre séjour et le rendre le plus agréable possible. J’en garderai un très bon souvenir.

Très beau séjour à l'intercontinental. L'hôtel vient d'être entièrement rénové, les chambres sont très confortables, les équipements luxueux.J'ai rarement vu un personnel aussi gentil dans un hôtel, du portier à la réception, au personnel de chambre, nous avons été très bien accueillis.Super quartier pour un séjour de quelques jours à Paris.Nous y retournerons sans hésitation.

L’entrée n’est pas comme celle du Ritz, mais une fois à l’intérieur la déco est très soignée et propre. Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. La chambre que nous avons eu au 4eme étage est de très bon goût avec une literie très confortable et une belle salle de bain bien équipée. Pour le petit déjeuné, honnêtement l’hôtel peut faire mieux . Je n’ai pas aimé les viennoiseries ce n’était pas croustillant . J’ai pris un chocolat chaud qui m’a été servi bouillant mais je ne l’ai pas trouvé agréable en bouche . Mais au moins le jus d’orange est fraîchement pressé .

Stayed the week of October 2. Great hotel. Great renovation with beautiful rooms and bathrooms. Rooms are small but we booked a premium room with extra space (but still small). Extremely quiet. Disappointed that our room was not ready at 7pm. Yes, that’s correct. Room was not ready at 7pm. Also surprised at the poor language skills of the front desk to explain why. We were thrown in the bar with a free drink for almost an hour. Got our room near 8pm. We left early and arrived back each day so we never saw hotel leadership to understand why such poor service. The room was worth the $600 but not the service.

Emplacement idéal et service impeccable. Karim a fait des pieds et des mains pour nous accommoder pour l'anniversaire de ma soeur. Nous avons eu une superbe expérience!

Stayed 2 nights at this hotel and enjoyed it until the end. Concierge was great, room was small for the price but was updated and nice. Very quiet, housekeeping apparently stays outside the room and in mid-afternoon knocked on the door and asked if everything was good. Kind of strange but we’re in Paris. Checkout was good, very early to make a train to London. We had to catch a cruise ship out of London so we didn’t unpack anything except needed that evening. Got on the ship and as we unpacked, realized we had left the shoes in the room in Paris. They had been worn once, the day in Paris and it rained so they were a little wet. I set them on the shelf in the closet and must have left them there when we checked out. No problem, I’ll call the hotel and work something out since we would be back in France in almost a week. At sea but finally got through on the phone the next day. Reception was not receptive and said I would have to email them. He couldn’t do it over the phone. He gave the address and I sent an email. Waited several days and rechecked the address and sent another. Meanwhile we’re going to other citys but checking every day and no response. Finally I am able to call when we get back to France. I tell them the situation, he puts me on hold and then comes back and says no, we didn’t find them. We packed our bags that night and didn’t unpack them until on board the cruise ship. We know they were left in that room. Beware the housekeeping. It was also obvious we were only important while we were there. Afterward we didn’t matter.
