Phoenix Yoga
Working with Phoenix Yoga has allowed me to calm my mind and increase my strength and flexibility far more than I imagined possible. Classes are suitable for absolutely everyone and are adapted to ensure everyone gains the maximum benefit from their own practice. Classes via Zoom are convenient and work brilliantly. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I really enjoy my yoga classes with Marc. He has taught me so much about my posture and how to get my muscles working for me on my bike rides. I am much stronger and fitter now than when I started with Phoenix yoga in 2019.
