This is the best Pilates studio on the South of France and in the Monaco area. I would rate it a seven star if I could because that is what this place is, the absolute best. The instructors are all experts and I was the fittest in my life when going to Bodi studio consistently. Suzanne is an amazing physiotherapist and over the years helped me with my back pain and also gives amazing sport massages. I cant express enough this place is amazing.

Such a lovely studio with an amazing team. I initially went as I was suffering with back pain after my second pregnancy and have continued to go weekly for both 1:1 reformer classes and now group classes. The ladies are incredibly knowledgeable in their field, very attentive to your individual needs and struggles and just lovely, friendly people. Could not recommend them enough!

A terrific studio with great people (Suzanne and Teresa get a special shout out) plus top equipment.Small class sizes (max 4) mean that you feel like you’re getting a personal trainer.Highly recommended. Don’t hesitate to try and you’ll be hooked on the positive results :)

Amazing studio and extremely professional physiotherapists that instruct the reformer pilates as well as mat work. Being a complete novice and a guy. I was made very comfortable and really enjoyed the men's classes! Also when I damaged my knee the girls were able to help with the rehabilitation, using their knowledge as physio's to great use and creating a bespoke routine for me on the reformers! Highly highly recommended!

Great Pilates studio with a wonderful team of instructors. They offer personalised training on reformer machines as well as mat work, with 1 to 1 classes & small groups catering for all ages and fitness levels. They also provide yoga classes, osteopathy and physiotherapy… Founders Suzanne And Teresa are very experienced physios so you know you’re in safe hands. It’s always a pleasure to go there, couldn’t recommend more highly!

Excellent studio - the women at Bodi instructed me in Pilates and yoga through my first pregnancy and now for postnatal recovery. As physiotherapists, they had an answer for any ache or pain that came up. Their thorough coaching in strength and breathwork helped me feel completely prepared for labor. Their 1:1 sessions are always planned and thoughtful. I’m excited to try the group classes as well!
