Caravan Help Abroad
Brilliant service from Kris and Alydia from Caravan Help Abroad. We had a caravan fridge that had stopped working on 240 volts. Kris diagnosed fault by chatting on What's App with us a few weeks ago. He purchased a new element for us. Replaced it during our annual service. A lot of work involved removing a stubborn 'fridge in a very humid France! Fixed and working! Also gave our caravan a thorough service of brakes and running gear. Thank you Kris and Alydia.

Kris came and did a full service on our old touring caravan which is kept in France. It is such a relief to be able to have this done siz years after the last proper service .Fortunate too as the battery was in dangerous condition. Kris is a helpful and professional person. I can recommend his business without hesitation .

Kris and Alydia are terrific. Kris did a full service on our 18 year old caravan, including replacing the two tyres and a couple of lights. Everything was done to a very high standard. We cannot thank him enough AND we have not had any problems with the caravan since Kris's service.

Excellent - we had a window detach from our Coachman caravan whilst staying at Logis du Breuil, Saint-Augustin, France. On contacting the Caravan Club's Red Pennant service they arranged for Caravan Help Abroad to assist. Kris and Alydia subsequently arrived as promised and rectified the window using the recommended adhesive and bonding process (Subsequently confirmed by our Coachman dealer !). The service provided by Caravan Club Red Pennant and Caravan Help Abroad was outstanding. With their help we were able to enjoy the rest of our 7 weeks vacation in France without any stress.
