Drawing Hotel

Nous avons eu l'occasion de passer quelques nuits dans ce merveilleux établissement. Chaque étage a été disigné par un artiste différent donnant une particularité unique à cet hôtel très bien situé. Notre chambre était très lumineuse et d'une hygiène impeccable ; petit bonus pour la salle de bain avec une belle baignoire. Le puit de lumière donnant sur la terrasse ajoute un charme, et il fut bon d'y prendre le petit déjeuner (très varié) ! De plus l'ensemble du personnel était accueillant bienveillant et à l'écoute de nos demandes.Merci pour tout !

Rooms, Service, Location even Price - all unbeatable!First off, the staff was the kindest most attentive team. As a visitor they put myself and my family at ease and were a principal part of our enjoyment of the city.The rooms are clean, luxurious, and creative, with a bonus of a roof top.The local is 5 minutes to the Louvre, many wonderful cafes and restaurants around, close to all forms of transit.Seriously, if you have other tabs open close them, and stay at the Drawing.

This is the best hotel that made my first trip to Paris beautiful.First of all, the location is so nice. It's a 5-7 minute walk to the Louvre, so I went out to see the night view of the Louvre every day. I was able to walk around all the major tourist attractions such as Tuileries, Orsay, Pont Neuf, Pompidou, and Palais Garnier. My mom was very satisfied because she might come in from time to time to rest.And the facility is very neat and sophisticated. The bed was big and fluffy, and the room was pretty spacious considering it is in the heart of Paris. The cleaning is also done neatly every time. During my trip to Europe, I used only four-star hotels, and it was the most satisfying facility.And I decided to write a review because of the very friendly drawing hotel staff. There may be better facilities or locations. But I don't know if I'll be able to meet these grateful employees again.First of all, thank you Ghiles.He was kind and attentive to our convenience from start to finish. He always asked me what I needed first and actively helped me. The presence of a person who says he will help me anytime in a strange place is a great help.And I also thank Karim. I had two cancellations during my stay due to the strike. It was my first time experience, and I had to solve it alone, so I was under a lot of stress. The flight was canceled for two days and the entire travel plan had to be revised. In addition, it was not easy to change the plane for a low-cost airline called Wiz Air, which I used for the first time. I really wanted to cry, but Karim wrestled with me for more than an hour, helping me solve the aviation problem. And regarding the extension of the stay, Ghiles and Karim thought about it until the end and helped a lot.(I had to extend a total of two days, and there was no room at the Drawing Hotel on the last night. Nevertheless, they did their best to provide me with a room, and even found other accommodations nearby.)Are there any employees who are so sincere to a traveler passing by? Thanks to these wonderful employees, Paris is remembered as a friendly and wonderful city to me. If someone close to me goes on a trip, I would definitely recommend it. Très bon emplacement à proximité du Louvre. Mais comme tous les hôtels à Paris, absolument surenchéré. Chambre Deluxe à EUR 550 sans aucun luxe, juste une machine Nespresso. Pas de frigo, minuscule penderie, personnel indifférent et peu serviable. En bref, rapport qualité prix plutôt moyen.

It was raining heavily and we (2ppl) didn’t have an umbrella and weren’t allowed to stand in front of the entrance for 10 seconds. No guests would have been gone out or in and there definitely was enough space anyways. How rude!

I stayed for 2 nights and the location was good and the room is small.We checked in around 6pm.On the day of my checkout i went to eat something and come back at 12.30 the front desk gentleman said you have to pay 25 euros for passing 12pm i said i didnt know can i go get my stuff and come downstairs? He said until 1pm i said ok i went up got my stuff when i come down he was extremelly rude and asked me for the $25 i said but you said i could stay until 1pm he said no, either you pay now or i will charge the credit card on file. Laughing of me, extremely rude.Not worthed to stay there. They could be a little bit accomodating. Its not that i stay until 4pm it was 30 min.Every other hotel you ask for 30 minutes grace and they are nice also because not all hotel is ready for check in at 3pm

I booked a non-refundable rate for 3 nights some time in advance.Closer to the time, a very tragic medical situation unexpectedly struck my family. My entire family was in turmoil. As such, I had to cut short my stay to 1 night.I worked late in the night to write a long e-mail to the hotel to explain my situation, even taking the trouble to write in French. I asked for compassionate consideration to cancel 2 nights' stay and to provide me with a partial refund.The hotel completely ignored me for days. After I sent a follow-up e-mail, the hotel replied with a brief and brusque e-mail which simply stated that because I booked a non-refundable rate, no refund would be given. There was no real concern or sympathy for my circumstances or the trouble I had taken to explain them in detail. All I got from the hotel was a simple bare retort that their policy did not allow for refunds.Stay away at all costs. I would never want to seek hospitality in a place which exalts and prizes their almighty Policy over basic human compassion.

Great location, the rooms are quite small but clean. The staff were fine to me, but were extremely rude to one of my coworkers. Disappointing to see that happen.
