We came here on Saturday while visiting friends in the area. It’s a lovely studio - warm and welcoming - and everyone was super friendly.Alan is an amazing teacher. Deeply knowledgeable, but with an ability to convey the yoga philosophy and practice in an easily understandable way. Considering he taught in both a French and an English that was especially impressive.The class was hard but manageable and it was really enjoyable. Highly recommended studio.

Small and intimate yoga studio in Limoux. I only had the pleasure of taking classes with Alan (as Diane had hurt her wrist) but he was really fantastic and very, very knowledgeable. The classes were principally in French but he very kindly translated key bits of the class into English for me due to my limited French.Would highly recommend!! Can't wait to come back and do more classes next summer :)
