L'Oliveto Paris
I ate here twice during my trip to Paris. I stumbled upon the restaurant and loved it so much that I knew I had to come back. The food was delicious. I loved the ambiance and the staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely return on my next visit!

L'Oliveto Paris
I recently had the pleasure of dining at L'Oliveto, a delightful restaurant nestled in the heart of Paris, and it was an experience that left a lasting impression. Opting for the Formule Midi, which offers incredible value at just 19 euros, I was delighted to indulge in both a main course and a dessert, creating the perfect lunchtime experience without straining my budget. The Linguine alla Bolognese was my chosen main course, and it was an absolute triumph of flavors. The pasta itself was cooked to perfection, with a delightful al dente texture that showcased the chef's mastery. The bolognese sauce was rich, robust, and infused with the essence of traditional Italian cuisine. But what truly elevated this dish was the addition of peas. The burst of freshness and subtle sweetness from the peas created a harmonious balance, adding a unique twist to the classic dish. Every bite was a revelation, leaving me craving for more.To conclude my meal, I indulged in the Tiramisu, and it was a dessert to remember. Each layer of the velvety mascarpone cream was delicately infused with coffee, delivering a symphony of flavors that danced on my taste buds. The smooth texture and the well-balanced sweetness were a testament to the expertise of the pastry chef. It was a moment of pure indulgence, and I savored every spoonful.L'Oliveto in Paris is a wonderful restaurant that offers a delightful culinary experience for those who appreciate good food. Oliveto has earned its reputation as a popular choice for food enthusiasts in Paris, and I am already looking forward to my next visit to sample more of their tempting creations.

L'Oliveto Paris
We visited Paris over Spring Break to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday. We hadn't planned on celebrating her birthday at L'Oliveto, but my son and I had lunch there when we couldn't find the sushi place we were looking for.We really liked the restaurant for lunch and asked the owner if we could come back for dinner that evening for eight people to celebrate her birthday. He agreed and we came back at 7 pm after they reopened for dinner. When we came in at 7 pm, he had the first front tables set up for our dinner party. We had a great time and the food was wonderful. He made her birthday memorable and was so attentive and helpful. Towards the end of the dinner, the music suddenly became very loud. He came out with a birthday candle and cake for her as a surprise.I highly recommend L'Oliveto and wish we lived closer. We would probably end up there every weekend. The food was awesome and the service was great. 5 stars all around! And thank you for making her birthday so awesome!

L'Oliveto Paris
It may surprise you to hear that one of the best Italian restaurants in Europe is in Paris. L’Oliverto isn’t particularly fancy and the service is “light touch” to say the least (don’t expect to be pampered). But the food is exceptional, and the wine list is both diverse and well-priced.We started with a burrata / prosciutto combo covered in a thin, wood-fired bread that resembled Indian nan. The concoction resembled a culinary stegosaurus (see photos) and was mid-blowingly fantastic. From there we enjoyed the lasagna – some of the best I have ever had – and a seafood medley served in a large caldron covered in a thin, pizza-crust style bread ceiling. Our server presented the dish before theatrically breaching the bread ceiling to mix together the seafood deliciousness. Desserts – we had many of them, the best of which was the Italian cheesecake.
