The managemnet of Appartment Parc Royal are the absolute scum of the earth. Never have I witnessed such appalling treatment of racial minorities. I was not personally the victim of this but I witnessed it first hand and felt compelled to make a comment. Grotesque in the extreme. The living embodiment of human excrement.
