We needed help for our 3 booked bycicles. We called the help desk and they just hang up the phone twice!!!

This company is very helpful.It was a great option to get places quickly and without much hassle. There are stations everywhere, and once you get the hang of it the streets aren’t hard to bike on. The only thing I wasn’t satisfied with was that I had a hard time navigating the app. I would recommend using the kiosks located at every station instead. However, you might want to download the app only to look at where the stations are located and how many bikes there are at each. Overall I really appreciated being able to bike almost anywhere.
