Une tres agreable decouvert, un des tous meilleurs hotels du 17e. Juste a cote du metro, chambre tres comfortable, tres agreable, joliment decoree. La reception est top, tres pro, avenante. Un peu decu de n avoir pas eu le temps pour le petit dejeuner qui semblait prometteur dans un joli cadre.. Bref 5 etoiles bien meritees.

Très déçu la qualité de service de l’hôtel a bien baissé. Deux lits simples collés ne font pas un lit double. La femme de ménage rentrant sans prévenir pour faire la chambre. J’ai dû revenir deux fois pour récupérer un objet de valeur oublié c’est inadmissible pour un hôtel de ce standing. Cerise sur le gâteau on m’a envoyé une réduction de 2% pour compenser quelle insulte. Plus jamais je remettrai les pieds dans cet hôtel. Une mention spéciale pour la dame qui a fait mon check~in elle était adorable.

Ma femme et moi y logeons chaque fois que nous venons à Paris. Accueil,service,chambres, tout est à la hauteur de ce que l'on peut attendre. De plus très bien situé proche de l'étoile sans les inconvénients. Dispose d'un parking.

Very friendly staff. Nice location. However, the down side about this hotel is that they blocked an amount on my credit card for (30) days. This is unjustified. The amount should be released soon after my check out.

This exterior of this hotel and the shared spaces are nice however the rooms and bathrooms are extremely outdated (I mean old school blow dryer) outdated. There weren't any outlets near the bed. Management was helpful as our bathroom wasn't cleaned appropriately and they ensured that the issue was rectified. The location of this hotel is decent but it was really hard to find late night bites nearby.

This is such a wonderful hotel. I have stayed here three times over the last year and the service is very consistent, the rooms are always clean and they are cleaned on a daily basis without having to ask. The hotel staff is very nice and helpful and speak English if you don’t. The buffet breakfast is quite amazing, lots of options to choose from, and absolutely delicious. The only small downside is the rooms are very warm and the AC unit doesn’t seem to fully work, I often had to open my window to cool off my room. And the bathrooms are pretty small - two out of the three times without a tub just a shower. But I would still come back here because they are so nice and welcoming and the food is amazing. The room is also very quiet.

Espaces communs très agréables. Horaires du petit déjeuner le week-end un peu tôt, surtout si le samedi soir on rentre tard. 11h le dimanche serait parfait.Personnel à l’écoute.Métro très proche.Séjour agréable

séjour à Paris pour quelques jours, nous avons été très bien accueilli. L’hôtel est très propre avec un personnel de qualité. Particulièrement au bar, un monsieur de la réception nous a vraiment aidé et conseillé de plus souriant et courtois . Il a prit le temps de nous expliquer les endroits à visiter. A very comfortable hotel with friendly, accommodating staff. Rooms are on the small side but that's pretty normal for Paris. Quiet location, a short walk to the Pereire metro station (line 3) but a bit out of the way. If you want to be near the action, this may not be the place for you.

Bel hôtel, par contre pas de carte pour le bar, le ménage était très mal fait les 2 derniers jours ,les employés parlent plus angalais que français.Bel emplacement près d'un métro

A mediocre experience, unfortunately. Which is not what I was expecting when I booked a 4-star hotel. Front desk service was good, but when a light bulb in my room literally exploded, tripping a fuse and plunging the room into darkness for 15 minutes, only to be told by the lady who reset the fuse that everything's OK now

Situation chambre service petit déjeuner parking bar tout est vraiment au top. Paris est accessible depuis l'hôtel et c'est hyper facile. Franchement un très bon choix à refaire. Prix parfait en rapport de cette excellente qualité.

Okay so Location is perfect! Service is immaculate! Breakie is awesome but the Rooms are soooo small…For that price it would be great to get bigger rooms if you can find them.If you are happy to spend for luxury do more search to find any bigger room hotels. otherwise service was 5/5

We stayed at this hotel a few weeks ago. The service at reception and in the dining area were great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The location is excellent: steps away from the Metro, so many great restaurants and cafes, lovely little shops and grocery stores, and beautiful gardens to visit. Unfortunately, the room we had, which afforded us with a view of the Eiffel Tower, could have used more effort. The drapes were coming off the rod, we could not use the terrace because of the bird poop on the floor of the terrace, the planters were full of weeds, and we had ants in our room. For the price of the room, it certainly did not reflect that standard.

Très bel hôtel idéalement situé ! le petit déjeuner est excellent, les chambres sont propres, le personnel très serviable, bref, rien à redire !
