Very unpleasant staff.I tried to complete my cmr with reg plates and the individual pulled all the documents from my hands and told me that he had a lunch now and he would give me the documents at 13.00h.It was 11.55 and he returned at 13.25, made me wait one hour and a half for documents….Horror.
