Bar tenu par un anglais. Ouvert en fin d'après-midi. Accueille de nbreux anglophones qui apprécient l'ambiance, le billard et de pouvoir manger un morceau pas cher.C'est surtout le seul bar du coin ! Et c'est tout de même bien agréable d'avoir un endroit où se poser, en intérieur ou en terrasse, pour boire un verre.Le patron est sympa et i y a toujours de la musique.

We travelled from Ireland to France on holiday, stopping off for one night in saint Marcan, went for a quiet drink in Oystercatcher where we had the pleasure meeting lovely people and a pure gentleman in the bar owner , we had a great evening and such a laugh ... and food was delicious and very well priced. We will definitely call again when back in France. Lovely people..

The man running the restaurant couldn't have been kinder. And he makes delicious curry. He also makes simple but delicious chicken or ham sandwiches. My husband loved the burger. Very pleased with the warm welcome and hospitality!

Nous avons été super bien reçu dans ce petit pub fort sympathique par son patron anglais super gentil. Nous avons mangé à deux avec apéritif pour 20€ et nous n'avons pas été déçu par la cuisine (snack) servie. Ambiance rock assuré! Attention à prévoir un autre moyen de paiement que la CB!

En vacances dans le coin nous sommes allés manger 3 soirs durant la semaine. Nous avons passé 3 soirées géniales. Rires et détente assurées avec une ambiance musicale rock, ainsi qu un billard, baby foot et fléchettes. Kévin le patron est vraiment quelqu'un de très convivial avec beaucoup d humour.On peut y manger pour pas cher et c est bon. Les personnes du coin qui y viennent sont également vraiment sympathiques. Merciiiiiiii. Nous reviendrons. Isabelle Pascal et les garçons.

Been there almost 2 years ago. The owner was really nice (joking a lot about Man United and Juve, I'm for Juve) and made us laughing so much. The food was good, it was really a nice experience!! I'll be surely back when I will visit Normandy again

Amazing place to come for dinner and drinks! Kevin and Keith were great to talk to and entertain you during your stay. Food service ends at 8PM so be early! We had a great chicken curry and chips. It was freshly made and inexpensive! Would definitely recommend.

Excellent bar pour un village perdu d'île et vilaine !Une ambiance chaleureuse, le nécessaire pour bien manger, bien boire, et passer une bonne soirée!Le tout avec un barman des plus sympathique et chaleureux, expert en tout de magie !Une nuit à Saint Marcan doit passer par le Otstercatcher!

Living in Isle of Wight now. For years, Lived in France in a small village near to St Marcan. We left in 2017. We miss the Oystercatcher and the owners. Great fun and best of memories. Friendly owners and ambience. Recommend a visit if you have not tried it.Marilyn IOW. Miss the friendly fun evenings. We will meet again.....hopefully. Enjoy x

Nous sommes tombés par hasard sur cette petite ville et ce petit resto, qui est une excellente surprise ! Le gérant est anglais et très sympathique, l'ambiance est très agréable et la nourriture très bonne !La musique ancienne est très agréable !Je recommande grandement, nous y retournerons demain !
