B&B Relais 12bis

We stayed at the Relais 12bis Bed and Breakfast for 4 days at the end of the summer holidays, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience.Phillipe was an enthusiastic and attentive host. Nothing was too much to ask.The rooms were spotless and exceptionally cosy. The breakfasts were delicious and set us up for the day, we barely needed lunch.Our 2 young children loved the fact we could walk to the Eiffel tower and pop out to see the twinkling lights at 9pm in pyjamas.We would highly recommend the Relais 12bis Bed and Breakfast to anyone visiting Paris. It is a great place to stay for families, and it is perfectly located for exploring the city.

Absolutely wonderful. A great Paris experience close to cafes and the Eiffel Tower. Room lovely with original hard wood floors. Bathroom fantastic. Leo made sure your stay was memorable.

Questo delizioso B&B si trova letteralmente 5 minuti a piedi dall Tour Eiffel ed e' gestito da un simpatico e professionale signore che si prende cura dell'esperienza dell'ospite a 360 gradi: dall'accoglienza alla preparazione della colazione. Siamo stati ospiti per due notti di questo bellissimo e centralissimo B&B e siamo sicuri di tornare qui se ricapita di andare a Parigi perche' siamo sicuri che saranno soldi spesi bene. Ottima colazione artigianale e cibo fresco, spremuta d'arancia incredibilmente gustosa e caffe'. C'e' anche un mini frigo con bevande analcoliche incluse a disposizione degli ospiti.

Camera bellissima, stile antico-moderno, con un letto comodissimo.Posizione a 5 minuti a piedi dalla Torre Eiffel e altrettanto vicino a metro e bus per varie destinazioni.Abbiamo avuto un problema con il wi fi nella struttura, hanno rimediato con un altro modem personale, della serie se hai un problema diccelo che te lo risolviamo!E la mattina siccome dovevamo andarcene presto ci hanno lasciato dei cornetti solo per noi.Diciamo che l‘attenzione al cliente non manca.Super consigliatissimo e spero continuiate cosi

Mooie plek met hartelijke eigenaar en zoon. Voelt als thuiskomen na een drukke dag Parijs. Bijzonder lekker ontbijt met eitje zoals jij dat wilt. Dicht bij metro en de Seine. Aanrader !

Un endroit magnifique où on est accueilli avec chaleur et enthousiasme. On se sent comme à la maison avec les chambres spacieuses et joliment décorées, et les petits déjeuners conviviaux et complets servis au salon. Boissons, café thé et tisane offerts en tout temps et cake de grand-maman en prime! Une atmosphère familiale à deux pas de la Tour Eiffel. Nous avons décidé d’en faire notre camp de base lorsque nous retournerons sur Paris!

We were so happy that we chose this place during our stay in Paris. The Eiffel Tower was literally a 5-minute walk from the bed and breakfast. The owners were very accommodating and even allowed as to check in at 11:30 am without being charged extra. Breakfast was great. They also provided free snacks and drinks in the afternoon. We were given 2 adjoining rooms, surprisingly spacious for Paris standards. Bars and restaurants are situated a block away. I highly recommend this place.

Super week-end au relais 12 bis un accueil chaleureux et soigné. Les hôtes Oliver et Léo sont particulièrement attentionnés. L’emplacement est idéal (1 min de la Tour Eiffel), la décoration est raffinée, le petit déjeuner est gourmand et complet. Les chambres sont de bonne taille, salle de bain très agréable et spacieuse. Service de thé/café et boisson fraîche à disposition.Habitué des hôtels, c’est un sans faute. Au plaisir d’y séjourner une nouvelle fois.

Absolument merveilleux.... Prestations de qualité, service et sourires délicats, emplacement idéal et décoration soignée...Un moment de pur bonheur
