Chris is great to deal with. I screwed up dates on my reservation and he was able to work with me and get me on the bike anywas. Bike itself was in perfect mechanical condition. Great communication with delivery and pickup. Will use it again for sure

Excellent service from Chris. New Bianchi Infinito XE delivered to the door. Helmet, mini pump, spare tube and multi tool included. Much better value than any other operator in the area. Thanks for making my holiday great.

As I said earlier when returning the bike - best renting experience I’ve ever had! Communication, arrangement, even delivering the bike to your door. You just need to get on it and ride away, same for returning. Bike was very good and in perfect condition. I strongly encourage you to try for yourself - you won’t regret! Thank you so much!

With short notice Chris was happy to deliver two top end carbon Bianchi bikes for us to ride for 3 days, just what we needed for some of the inclines! He took us out on the first day to introduce us to the area and then we used his GPS for the rest of the trip.Great bikes and door to door service in such an awesome area, roads, scenery and food are fantastic. Will definately use Le Bike Butler again when we return late summer.

Chris was super helpful in advance of my visit to the Côte d’Azur and delivered a bike at short notice right to the door of my hotel; in fact he went out of his way to come to me as I’d made a booking for 6 days! The bike was an excellent Bianchi Intenso too with matching Bianchi helmet, water bottle and padlock. 155 miles of cycling later he then came to collect it - seamless!
