Worst experience ever. Not worthy for the price.If you really want a kitchen and don’t care about the clean and service then go for it.We booked for 2 nights for this Christmas & honey moon, and I even joined the membership and used no voucher and paid the whole price in order try to get the room right, we didn’t want anything goes wrong.But see what we got.. a dirty room with a giant spider web on the door of the bathroom, a small one on the corner of the ceiling, and a disgusting heater in the bathroom, and it was not working! It’s unacceptable!! Never seen it in other hotels that I’ve stayed in Europe.And we told to the reception seriously, a girl came to our room but couldn’t do anything about it, she said she’ll report it, however the manager is off because the Christmas, should contact me on Monday, now is Wednesday, of course no one contact me.They wouldn’t solve problems, and just meh, that’s it! I’m so regret for booking it

My wife and I arrived in the night and was friendly received by the clerk doing nightshift. He explained everything during my check-in which made it very pleasant.As I haven't stayed anywhere else in Paris before, I can't compare, but the room that we had, which was the standard one, was just perfect for us.We didn't stay much in our room anyway as most of the time we were out exploring Paris. The bathroom was a bit dirty though with hairs on the wall and on the floor. But overall the bathroom with the bath (didn't make use of it) was nice and clean.The location was also perfect for us. It was a clean neighborhood and we felt safe when coming back at midnight which I think is the most important. Also at night there wasn't much noise to be heard.The Subway is also just 5-10min walk and most landmarks were very close as well.

This place is a great find. The staff were so helpful and the apartment was ideal. It's clean and well stocked. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade which was just wonderful. Its close to the Eiffel Tower and there are a couple if metro stations nearby. The complementary coffee in the lobby was a godsend! I would highly recommend staying here.

Hôtel très bien situé près de tout. Personnel sympathique. Chambres très propres. Petit studio. Seul petit bémol, manque la machine a café mais mise a disposition dans la salle de restaurant, café gratuit. La propreté de l'établissement est un plus ainsi que le personnel. Je conseille a 100%.

Nous avons pris un studio pour 2 personnes et nous avons trouvé la chambre très propre. L'hôtel est très bien situé (station Trocadero) et le personnel accueillant, fort sympathique et serviable.Je recommande et reviendrai sans hésitation.

Franchement, pour répondre aux avis positifs de l’emplacement sachez qu’il y a d’autres hôtels que celui ci avec de meilleures qualités . Je m’explique :- chambre avec fenêtre tout autour, donc l’air froid qui passe tout le temps,- très très mal isolé- radiateur qui ne fonctionne pas- eau de la douche froide- et débit de l’eau très faibleQuand ça arrive en décembre c’est très moyen. Personnel prévenu mais qui a rien fait à part nous envoyer de faux sourires en disant « oui oui c’est noté ». Ils sont obligé d’être accueillant vu que c’est éclaté au sol. Et encore big up à celle du samedi matin qui n’a été pas du tout professionnel ET désagréable. Pour le prix n’y allez SURTOUT PAS !!!

Citadines have always been very consistent. Great location, everything you need is right around the hotel. The rooms are very simple, and clean but have everything necessary, including things, you might not even think about such as a clothesline, or shoe rack. The kitchen is perfectly stocked, and all the appliances work. Will definitely be back, unbeatable value if you get it on the right day. if you get the solo traveler room, the bed may be a little firm. However, it is spotless and that’s all you can ask for.

Bien spacieux tout ce qu'il faut on a eu la vue sur la tour Eiffel dommage que l'ascenseur soit en panne nous étions au 6 eme

Je suis actuellement sur place , j’arrive le personnel ce dispute à l’accueil hier soir. La dame hyper aigris et désagréable , ce matin le personnel de ménage me réveil moi et mes enfants avec un talkie walkie et crier dedans ! Si y’a bien une chose importantes pour moi c’est le respect des gens !

Nous avons réservé un appartement pour 4 personnes. Appartement très spacieux avec grand balcon. Le service top. Nous avons pu déposer nos bagages dès notre arrivée soit en fin de matinée pour ensuite revenir à l'hôtel en fin de journée. Le point négatif je dirais le petit déj pour 13€ par personne c'est très cher. Pour notre deuxième journée nous sommes allées à la brasserie d'à côté pour 7,50€ avec des viennoiseries plus fraîches. L'emplacement top, très bien situé pas loin du métro Trocadéro.

L'emplacement est vraiment bien. Le personnel très gentil. Les chambres pour 4 sont un peu juste. Mais les lits et le canapé lit sont grands.En revanche la propreté laisse à désirer.Les couverts et les ustensiles de cuisine ne sont pas tous présents.Mais le plus embêtant est l'absence d'isolation phonique.On entend la personne au dessus faire ses besoins en étant dans la chambre.On entend également l'ascenseur bien qu'eloigné de ce dernier.
