I had a great experience at this hotel. Traveling to Paris for the first time and by myself. I felt very safe here. Great neighborhood, close to the metro and walkable to the Eifel Tower and Louvre. Hotel was very clean. The kitchenettes are very nice to have. Similar experience to staying in an Airbnb, I liked that the staff was not really im my business. All interactions with them were great. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Friendly Hotel staff. We were greeted as soon as we pulled up. Check-in went smoothly and a staff member helped us carry our luggage up the stairs. The downside was NO ELEVATORS, but we were aware of this when we booked the hotel. The room was small, but very clean and cozy. Never used the stove that came with the room, so I can't say much about it, but our refrigerator smelled really bad! Location was great with many shops and restaurants near by. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Nous avons passé 12 nuits dans ce charmant petit hôtel entièrement rénové et idéalement situé sur Paris. Tout est accessible facilement et rapidement, l’hôtel est situé dans une petite rue calme adjacente à la rue de Sèvres (Le Bon Marché, La Grande Épicerie de Paris...). Plusieurs stations de Metro à proximité, nous avons adoré le quartier. Nous vous remercions encore pour votre sympathique accueil et ne manquerons pas de partager ce lieu à notre entourage !

Worst customer service experience I have ever had with a hotel. My trip had to be cancelled and was originally booked through Expedia. I had a decent experience with Expedia trying to work things out. They sent an email to the hotel for cancellation on my behalf as soon as we learned we could not board the plane. However, the hotel insisted the never received any communication only reaching out to me 3 minutes before closing and was unavailable to respond.I attempted to explain my situation to the hotel person but to no avail they refused to refund a partial payment or even credit for a future stay when the room was booked for 1 week.I recommend staying at a more reputable place that may be more empathetic to your life events that may prevent you from going on your trip.

The place was a bit pricey for the quality of the room and services. Difficult to find parking. Found a couple things damaged, which we reported.

Hôtel très bien tenu. Chambre calme, propre et agréable. Accueil sympathique. Quartier animé avec beaucoup de commerces. Bonne localisation de l'établissement non loin du métro. Je recommande.

Studio propre et confort avec tv, grand lit confortable équipé d'une kitchenette(plaque/vaisselle/frigo), salle de bain à part. Staff accueillant et disponible.Wifi. Très bien situé (Metro Vaneau et correspondances/magasin d'alimentation/Poste/Commerce). Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Very affordable stay and central location. The room was clean, the bathroom nice. Kitchen fully equipped and appliances were modern and in good state. Fully controllable air-conditioned which was nice. It's an apartment hotel, so you get a key for entrance to the hotel and the room when you arrive and then you are basically on your own. This is as expected and is the reason it's not a 5 star hotel. It certainly exceeded my expectations by far. The staff was friendly and welcoming and allowed us to check in early with no fuss, really grateful for this. It's a short walk to restaurants, several grocery stores, metro and busses. And it's short way to attractions! Loved the stay in Montebello.

Hotel très bien situé (rue calme, gare, métro et bus, sites...). Adapté pour une famille de 4, appartement agréable, confortable et bien aménagé. L'accueil est agréable, personnel à l'écoute de la clientèle. Un très bon rapport qualité/prix! Nous reviendrons et recommandons sans hésitation!!

Nous avons passé de nouveau un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Nous sommes toujours bien accueillis. Ils sont à l'écoute et très compréhensifs concernant certaines situations et nous les en remercions vivement.Les chambres sont vraiment agréables et l'hôtel est vraiment bien placé pour les visites et le métro...Merci à toute l'équipeNous reviendrons.Les familles Papot et Colinet Nerzic

We are very pleased we stayed at Hotel Montebello for our trip to Paris. The location was great, v safe and lots of lovely grocers, cheese mongers and bakery's just steps away. Also very close to two metro stops.Rooms were exactly as shown on the website. We asked for the top room because we liked the look of the skylights and were not disappointed. Very light, bright, clean and new.I would have no problems recommending Hotel Montebello to friends and family. Great value for money in a generally expensive city.

La chambre était spacieuse et bien équipée ! Air conditiononnig est super confortable . Mais attention : il n'y a pas d'ascenseur donc si vous avez beaucoup de bagages et des bébés vous allez avoir du mal !! Aussi ce qui m'a particulièrement choqué c'est le fait de devoir payer des frais de nettoyage de la chambre 10 euros / nuit ce qui n'était pas renseigné lorsque j'avais fais la réservation à 170 euros la nuit

Bed bugs bites - that is my souvenir from this hotel! That’s the biggest disappointment!P. S. Thanks for the reply… but we had to leave the hotel earlier and I had no time to show the bites to the receptionist. And what would he do with it?… I want my review to be seen by the other tourists! In my whole life I have never experienced something like that!
