OK, let's face it, Paris has some amazing restaurants and this, this is no exception. Hands down THE best steak (and wine pairing) I have ever eaten. We had a sharing dish, an Angus Rib Stockman. It was charged by the kilo and they bring out a little board to show you which weights they have in the kitchen, so you can choose based on how hungry you are, how many ppl in your group or just how much incredibly tasty meat you want on the huge wooden board that they bring out.It comes with 2 sides and 2 sauces of your choice. We had 1.156kg for 2 of us, they reminded us that the rib weighed about 200g so we should consider that when thinking about how much meat we really wanted....We had a soup of the day, an amazing gazpacho with pumpkin and basil and the bottle of wine they suggested based on our preferences was an excellent accompaniment.The service was delightful, although one of us is a fluent French speaker, we still had some questions, we'd never heard of a Stockman before and had plenty of questions re their (very good) wine selection.The whole experience was by no means cheap, the bill was ~€120 but hear me when I say....worth EVERY cent.They sent us on our way with a tipple on the house and a huge smile on our faces.Pretty sure this is the longest review I've ever written, I clearly enjoyed myself.Oh, and have a look at these dishes.

Lively neighborhood spot with quality meats. Service was very friendly and attentive. Positive vibes. Great ambiance with cool lighting and unique knife holders built into the table. Enjoyed two types of steak, sides, bone marrow, cheese and chocolate cake. All fabulous. They offer weighted steak also which I would try on a return visit. Everything was cooked perfectly with wonderful flavor

If you like meat this place is for you. Very cozy , high quality of meat and informal mood. Wine and beer in the list .Could wait to eat my plate so I didn’t have the chance to take. Picture of it first but chateaubriand was super !

La viande était excellente, tendre et cuite comme nous le désirions. Nous avons commandé 1,100kg de côte de bœuf ainsi qu’une trilogie de bœuf (bavette, filet Angus, entrecôte Angus). Chaque pièce de bœuf était délicieuse, pas du tout sèche.Les accompagnements proposés sont très bons également, frites de patates douces maison, frites maison, sauces maison également. Le service s’est bien passé, la serveuse était très gentille et patiente. Je recommande vraiment cet endroit pour less amoureux de viande.

Désolé, mais pour le prix, c'était décevant. Le service était sympa, mais la nourriture laisse vraiment à désirer. Les deux morceaux de boeuf soi-disant saignants étaient gris.En revanche, la moelle d'os était très bonne.Je n'y retournerai pas une deuxième fois.

J'ai choisi ce restaurant pour sa bonne viande" et finalement je me suis laissé tenter par le burger.Bon mais pas exceptionnel. Cela reste en accord avec le prix. Je repasserai pour l'os à moelle. La cuisson à la pierre de lave semble intéressante...Décoration
