Frigo en panne, un agent passe, constate le dysfonctionnement, mais rien n'est fait.Pour l'agence, le frigo fonctionnait... beau suivi et en plus mauvaise foi.

We have had a great stay, however we are very disappointed in the WiFi we had to buy for 39,- per week. There is really bad (WiFi) service, which we had noticed on our phone. Nevertheless, whe bought wifi because we expected there would be an arrangement of some sort that the wifi should work because they offer it.The wifi didnt work sadly or was really bad. We asked for a full refund but the lady refused. We feel that this information should be given to us in advance.We didnt feel respected when we asked about the refund because we have paid for something we did not get. The lady of the reception said we did use the wifi and this made us feel like we were dishonest. We felt really disrespected and they made us feel like we were frauds. A rude and unprofessional way of treating the guests.In conclusion; do not buy wifi here, it doesnt work and is a waste of money.

Premier contact très désagréable et pour couronner le tout, on vous facture 170€ pour e ménage de 40m2.À ce prix je troque mon métier de chirurgien dentiste pour homme de ménage!Alors que l’appartement a été rendu en l’état mis à part effectivement le lave-vaisselle qui n’a pas été lancé ( tablette mise et sans doute bouton de mal enfoncé)
