A comfortable one-night stay. The hotel is set within a very nice neighbourhood - we deduced it to feel like a cross between a quiet Paris and Bath. High attention to detail because of the amount bedside treats and teddy bear for our little one. We enjoyed our morning dip in the hotel pool. Although it appears small on inspection, the breakfast buffet offered more than enough and was beautifully displayed. Looking forward to returning to bordeaux and staying here again!

It's an excellent hotel. It has fantastic staff! Wonderful rooms,with the best hotel pillows I've ever seen. It is located on a quiet street with public transportation nearby. The breakfast is excellent, the best we have had during our three week vacation in France.

Beautiful hotel with kind and friendly staff . Everything is super Clean . The Location is great . Mo, one of the staff members was so kind and lovely . Thank you Mo for making our stay so much better. You are a true gentleman .The only issue might be the sound travels from upstairs and you will here people walking.

This hotel was EXCELLENT!!! The staff were so welcoming and the most accommodating we've ever experienced and we've traveled the world. The team helped arranged our exclusive Bordeaux tour, recommended the best restaurants all within walking distance, and went above and beyond to make sure we did not miss our train back to Paris. The hotel rooms, breakfast, and spa were fantastic, can't ask for more. Best employee there is Mohamed :)

Most wonderful hotel experience ever. After staying at many five stars Villas Foch surpassed all expectations. The staff could not have been more accommodating- so helpful, attentive and kind. We were made to feel so special as guests.The attention to detail of the rooms, service, breakfast and decor was impeccable.The whole experience was so inviting and relaxing and you can easily forget you are in a city.Fantastic location and such a wonderful team of staff.Everything you need for a perfect stay- would not advise staying anywhere else if visiting Bordeaux!

Fantastic location just 5 mins walk from city center and away from the hustle & bustle. We booked into a Junior Suite for 4 nights which was spacious, clean, very well maintained and its design well thought out including the skylight. Excellent service quality especially Mo (Duty Manager) was fantastic from beginning to our last day there. We'll be back!

Entering the lobby your vision is drawn to the historical architecture meets modern vibe. The hotel is luxurious and stunning!The most important detail is their staff. True professionalism and customer service must be ingrained in their DNA. We were warmly greeted and checked in by the front desk staff. We inquired about local wine tours and tastings. The woman at the front desk (I’m sorry I don’t remember her name) offered to book our wine reservations for the next two days. When we returned from lunch a detailed itinerary was provided. Because we arrived a day early, we inquired about dinner reservations. Villas Foch offered suggestions then booked and confirmed our reservation.Our Junior Suite was elegant, spacious, and very comfortable. The room was very well appointed with the touches of old world charm combined with modern chic.Every morning we had breakfast in the hotel. A scrumptious breakfast buffet greeted your senses. The coffee was hot and fresh. Eggs made to order, bacon, sausage along with all the normal breakfast items. Again the wait staff was warm, friendly and helpful. After breakfast we continued our Concierge created tours of food and wine. The concierge’s suggestions were perfect. We enjoyed the wine and sent more than a few bottles home.Villas Foch is a fabulous luxury hotel. The entire staff are professionals who’s primary goal is to provide you with an exemplary customer experience. Book with confidence your stay will be magical.

This elegant five star boutique hotel in the heart of Bordeaux has just 20 rooms and encapsulates the best of French style and elegance.It is in an old heritage bank building, so the architecture is classically French-high ceilings, a huge entry door, and floor to ceiling doors onto the front balcony.But the interiors are modern and very elegant and modern French. Think black and white floors, grey and neutral walls and heavy French fabrics, classic art and modern light fittings.The fitness centre and pool and Hammam is incredible. Shiny black mosaic tiles adorn the pool, and the fitness centre is decked out with framed modern sporting moments.I love the rooms which are spacious, and the bathrooms are full of classy white marble and Hermes beauty products.The hotel feels more like a VIP club than hotel. The bar in the lobby has gorgeous wines and is the perfect place to start any evening out.Location is the best. Just minutes from the heart of the city, and what a city for shopping it is! And restaurants. This is a small luxury hotel to cherish and adore.

Je mets peu d’avis sur les hôtels, mais celui-ci mérite l’effort. Je cumule moult expérience hôtelière, étant en constant mouvement. Et très honnêtement cet hôtel a été une de mes plus belles expériences dans le domaine de l’hospitalité. Une équipe attentionnée, avant même votre arrivée à l’hôtel, des attentions multiples durant le séjour. Une chambre spacieuse aux matériaux de choix et de goûts. Un véritable coup de cœur, cette adresse devient officiellement une des raisons majeures pour retourner à Bordeaux.Seul petit bémol, je trouve que le pourcentage de tips ajouté automatiquement à la facture devrait être amené autrement, laisser un montant libre conviendrait mieux qu’un pourcentage défini que j’ai trouvé au vu du prix du séjour en proportion un peu trop élevé. J’aurai mieux apprécié une case ou un choix libre en montant numéraire.Félicitations pour cet hôtel, félicitations aux équipes. A très vite dans ce qui devient mon étape Bordelaise de référence.

Excellent accommodation and friendly service staff. We felt very comfortable and welcomed. A real 5 star experience.Only concern was that one of the shower floors was a little slippery.
