I am so torn between how nice everyone is and how many problems I had with my e-bike that I bought there exactly one year and 2 months ago.First of all, my bike had a problem with the speed shifter since I bought it but I never had the time to go. When I finally did, a staff member told me it's my fault because I missed a check up (that I was never told about) and he wanted to make me pay at first but then when I went to fetch my bike he changed his mind.Secondly, exactly 6 months after I bought this bike, my breaks broke down so I went to the bike repair shop and it was supposedly OK. Few months later, my breaks break down again and this time I asked them to change everything which they did for 75 euros (march 2023). Exactly two weeks afterwards the breaks stop working again so I call I go leave my bike for one night as usual. This exactly happened again two weeks later! So AGAIN I have to go leave my bike for a day to get the breaks repaired. So from April until now the breaks were working until last week, they got loose again. No problem, I go on with my life because I don't have the time to go the bike shop every two weeks! Also the person who repaired the break struck the ring bell behind the brake lever so I don't have a bell anymore. Today I charged my battery, connected it and it just didn't work. For one hour my battery wasn't working. I am frankly asking myself if the bike's quality is even that good.I depend on my bike for everything in my daily life. So you can imagine how disappointed I am especially that everyone there is always nice.

In summer 2023 I was on a transcontinental endurance bicycle tour from North Cape to Gibraltar, and arrived to Montpellier with my bike in need of an overall alignment. Needless to say how critical it was for me to get it done without loosing any time. Erwin, the founder of W ville & vélo, was so helpful, attended my bike promptly, and put it back in perfect shape. I can testify that his shop is packed not only with cycling goods but more importantly with true cycling spirit.I really appreciate the level of service and personal attitude. Highly recommended.

Erwin was incredibly helpful giving us assistance on our trip from London to Cape Town. He was welcoming, knowledgeable and spoke to us in our native Essex! Truly wonderful experience here. À bientôt, j’espère!

Des conseils pro (et pas business) et un suivi extrêmement sérieux, un super professionnalisme dans cette boutique. L'engouement pour le vélo électrique met sous pression les ateliers des VAE, néanmoins, Erwan (le patron) fait le maximum pour les clients. Chapeau bas !

En recherche d'un vélo à assistance électrique, j'ai fait plusieurs magasins à Montpellier et l'ai acheté ici : j'ai pu l'essayer plusieurs fois, suffisamment longtemps pour me faire une idée, avec plusieurs types de selles, et en ayant le temps de discuter avec Erwin sur les caractéristiques techniques du vélo. Ca fait un mois que je l'ai et j'en suis très content !

Appelle dans l’après midi, reçu dans l’après midi, fini dans l’après midi. Rapide efficace. Réglage parfait, petit réajustement en plus le tout en 10 minutes. Parfait ! Sans oublier le sourire et la passion dont  monsieur a fait preuve. Incroyable. Mon nouveau bike shop.

Notre choix s'est porté sur cette boutique sur la route de la mer pour louer 2 velos. Pratique! Par contre, impossible de remonter la selle et lorsque l'on a demandé à changer de vélo ,ça n'a pas été possible. Tous les vélos ont la selle coincée. Donc pas du tout confortable pour les personnes de plus d'1m80 !

Vraiment bien cet atelier!Mon vélo est repartit comme neuf! de bons conseils et un accueil sympathique rdv immédiat et tout était prêt le lendemainJe recommande !

Excellent service, reasonable price for an all day rental and the bikes are really light (for city bikes!) and well maintained. We were very happy.
