Dirty, dirty, dirty! Dont fall on price. You will regret! I did not have much money, but if I read this reviews first I will rather give up Paris this time than stay there. Reviews on booking was ok. But it is because the host after check out do not confirm check ind and than you cant go and make a review. Ekstra 10 euro fee is demanded. We arrived 21.00 very tired and did not have power to ask why and what it was. Dont believe reviews what saying it was clean!!! I put some pictures on Tripadviser. LOOK!!! they do not clean at all!!! Breakfast is sandwich bread and cofe that you have to make in the microwave ovn!!! no stove or el. kettel. Water in the bath tap does not sink so it is very disgusting to take shower. Some people live there and they smell fo alkohol some of them. Never stay there.

You do get what you pay for here. The staff were great and super attentive and the location central. The kitchen facility is small and unfortunately you do get quite a bit of sound from the street -- otherwise it was fine. Good security and clean bedding

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet endroit (4 personnes). Chambre de 8 : nous sommes 9 dans la chambre ! Une dame est allongée par terre sur un matelas (est-ce bien légal???).A notre arrivée, le jeune homme qui nous accueille n'est pas très aimable, dis à peine bonjour.Un petit déjeuner est censé être compris dans le prix : il s'agit en fait d'une tranche de pain de mie et un café soluble ! Autant dire que nous avons préféré prendre notre petit déjeuner à l'extérieur.La propreté des lieux laisse à désirer : douche et toilettes sales, matelas peu épais, cannettes de bière vides sur les étagères.Je déconseille fortement ! Lieu à éviter !

Bad system to check in, the lift doesn't work all the time. Uncomfortable facilities, no towel provided. The breakfast"its just a slice of sandwich bread. No cook top to prepared meals. Only good is the location"

Appartement sommaire mais séjour peu onéreux pour l'emplacement. Très bon accueil, aucun souci.

l'endroit est bien , le jeune homme est super sympathique et la position est très bien ,le.seul hic est qu'il y a une toilette et une douche pour 16 personnes

Marrant, pour Effi appartement 2 mois c'est la date limite pour annuler une réservation et ils empochent votre pognon. Je devais venir du 20 au 21 décembre et pour une annulation le décembre j'e n'ai pas mon argent en retour.ATTENTION ! Ils ne préviennent que lorsque vous avez enregistré votre réservation.18 euros ce n'est pas chère mais faut encaisser quand on est étudiant. Je préfère prévenir !

Très bon accueil dortoir propre et correct pour le prix, différentes nationalités. Je recommande

C'est un appartement aménagé comme une auberge de jeunesse. Le lieu est vétuste (chauffage et appareil électronique pas aux normes) et insalubre (draps non changés, moisissures, humidité, bouches d'aération bouchés, peintures sur les murs craquelés). Une salle de bain et un toilette à partager avec 12 personnes. Nous n'avons pas vu la couleur du petit-déjeuner inclus dans notre réservation. Je déconseille, très mauvais rapport qualité prix.

The Apartment is located at out skirts of the Paris managed by African guy. Just one tollet and bathroom for almost 20 people. Breakfast was included in my booking but I got nothing for that. Attitude and behaviour of the managing person is not good. So I won't recommend any person to stay here .

Fuyez !!!! Pas de ménage. Cuisine grado. Lits sales. Réserve un dortoir de 4 ce retrouve dans un dortoir de 8. Difficile de contacter le concierge. Et j'en passe

WARNING for this place. I stayed here in December 2018, and it is the worst experience I have ever had. I have stayed at hostels all over and never have I had any major troubles before.First of all, they would not let me leave my bags there two hours before check-in. In the afternoon I sent them an email saying that I will arrive after 10 pm, which they replied to, saying that it was fine. When I was on the metro the same night, I sent another email to inform them that I am on my way. No response. When I was outside I sent another email. Still no response. After a while, an alcoholic older man showed up and opened the door. Turned out he lives there, not as a guest, but literally lives at Effi appartment. He was so drunk that he could barely open the door. When we came up, the black guy who works there, was sleeping and that's why he did not open the door for me. When the alcoholic man woke the guy up, he came out to me. He didn't say hello or greet me in any way, he was a truly inpolite person.He showed me to a bed where a guy was sitting. Who wants to sleep in a bed where a guy is sitting with his dirty clothes? I told him I will not take this bed and then he offered another, but this one was not clean either. Anyway, I had to take that bed because it was late and I couldn't find another place to sleep that night. There was no toilet paper, no soap and no towels. When I asked for a towel, the guy simply replied that they do not provide guests with towels. Which hostel do not offer towels? Also, the toilet door was not possible to lock.The room in which I slept, had eight beds but no door so you would hear everything. The alcoholic man asked me to go out with him (it was midnight), and I told him no. He went out by himself and when he came back he was screaming, and the black guy who works there comes out. Not to calm him down as I thought, but to have a daily conversation with him. The guy could not care less about the other guests and our security. As a girl I felt really unsecure sleeping in a room with an alcoholic, older man. After all the screaming and chaos, I was finally able to fall asleep around 2 am.At 6 am, a girl in the room receives a phone call and she picks it up like nothing. At 6 am! Then another old man in the room goes up and screams at her to show some respect. The black guy did not come to calm them down (he slept next to us so obviously he heard the conversation). So I slept four hours because of the staff who did not care. I went up, but there was no breakfast except for some really, really dry bread that I was not able to eat. There was no milk, although I specifically asked for that the night before whereas the guy told me that there would be milk.I left the hostel the same morning, because it was simply a disaster, especially the black guy who works there who only speaks a little bit of French and no English. I had made a reservation for a week unfortunately, but I only stayed one night. When I had a conversation with the guy on email, he told me that I could come there during the night to receive my key. I mean, I still had my reservation so I might as well keep a key. When I came there around 8 pm to pick up a key, he came down after 20 minutes (maybe he was sleeping again), and he was furious. I didn't know it was possible to treat people with such disrespect as he did when talking to me. Still, the worst part is that I didn't receive my key... All that way to have a discussion with someone who barely speaks French?A week after, I called them and the woman on the phone hung up on me immediately. She told me to send her an email, which I did (now it's four weeks ago), and they have still not replied. I don't even know if there is a manager in this place, it doesn't seem like it.I do believe in karma and I am sure that it will come to the black guy who treated me with such disrespect. I have saved our conversation, in case anything would happen. He cannot deny what he has done.

Photos trompeuse, tu réserve une chambre à quatre dortoirs tu retrouve ailleurs. Tu prend un lit ou tu déposes tes affaires et quand tu rentre dans la nuit on t'a pris ton lit. Manque d'hygiène totale cuisine sale, murs sale, pas.de sonnette à l'entrée. Enfin j'y n'y retournerai pas sa c'est sure.
