Well run operation, nearly perfect. They try to book you on an earlier train if you arrive early. Still a bit of pot luck in boarding and sometimes when your lucks in you can get an even earlier train than you get confirmed for when you arrive.They do a fair job of stopping the liberty takers trying to jump on a train well ahead of their confirmed one.

Shops are decent although there are queues for the coffee place. Would like to see more seating. There is a pet area outside (and gated) and you can also bring your animal inside the terminal where it's cooler.

Calais eurotunnel was very confusing on the return journey this time ... pet reception was away from the check-in gates... really not convininient for travelling with dog we have been going x4 times in circles until we managed to get in so we have missed our slot, had to wait 1 hour for next slot... Rest area with shops was so dirty and busy ... food quality was also not good...Organisation is si bad when is busy there in holiday seasonToilets on the train was shocking too only 1 out of 3 was working... other 2 had clogged it and was not flushing....Overall very bad experience when we have paid £250 quid for single crossing!!!

Easy to find and plenty of parking. There’s a few different places to eat, though it can get very busy. A duty free shop & a W H Smith where you can also grab sandwiches. Check in was easy (I’d pre-booked) and there were regular staff along the route from the parking to the shuttle to direct you. Passport control was straightforward and staff polite. Communication was regularly updated on the boards or announced when on the shuttle. Despite a delay, they were clearly working hard to get things back on track! A very easy and quick way to travel.

Vraiment très pratique pour aller en Angleterre avec son véhicule il comprit les cars. Sur place il y a des magasins et de quoi se restaurer aussi bien du côté français que anglais. On regrette juste un manque de personnel à l'émigration côté français ce qui nous a fait perdre beaucoup de temps

When there are delays, there are no warnings & regularly you sit in a long queue with no explanation & seemingly none of the staff are worried, definitely no-one tries to sort the issue. Bad organisation in busy periods. Could do a lot better

From France side except some long queue more than 45 mins and miss your train...From UK it uses to be ok there is some queue but it's acceptable.Train travel took around 35 minutes.Trains are old toilets are more and more unavailable inside the train.Price is ok if you travel for the weekend. But if you decide to stay more than 2 days your trip will get more expensive.The service was much more better before nowadays I don't see the advantage most of the time you get some delays and so on. Love it. So much easier and less stressing than flying. You can get out of the car and walk between compartments. Quick check in and passport control on both sides. Shops, eateries and exchange bureau at the terminals. All staff friendly and polite.

Très bien jamais eu de soucis traversée rapide 30 min environ. Pas de compartiment passagers on reste dans la voiture ou à côté du véhicule.

We used the flexiplus service on returning from France. It must be said that the experience was seamless, professional and seemed very safe. As a flexiplus customer there was a pleasant treat of a packed lunch snack which was great after a long drive. The staff all seemed lovely despite driving rain and awful conditions. Will definitely use again.

Siempre he ido en avión o ferry hasta el Reino Unido, pero está vez decidi coger el tren.No puedo estar mas satisfecho de mi decisión.Los precios increibles.La eficacia y eficiencia de sus empleados y la organización, magnífica.La sencillez del embarque, inesperada.Los trámites policíales, los justos y rápidos.La llegada a Inglaterra, casi sin darnos cuenta.Lo aconsejo sin dudarlo y me gustaría volver a utilizarlo.Y a los que dicen que es caro, no saben de qué hablan o son unos agarrados. 217€, 5 personas y con un vehículo grande, ida y vuelta a Inglaterra, tirado. Lo mismo en Ferry, 1400€. Compara

Super en trente cinq minutes en Angleterre. La procédure pour embarquer est un peut longue. Je préfère le côté Angleterre car il y a des boutiques et non du côté français.
