The worst labo ever ! I was trying to have appointment with them according to my doctors advice, the first guy who picked up the phone was very rude and hang up on me, so I had to call again , then the second one was a woman who don’t care about what I’m explaining about the fixing date with doctor and I’m under treatment already , she was so inpatient and rude, as a patient I’m already under a lot of pressure for doing first IVF and going through everything that I have no idea about , I feel mistreated with their bad attitude and service, it’s really unprofessional as a private IVF clinic. You guys can do better than this, it’s just not right to treat your patients like this.

Je suis tellement choqué de l’impolitesse j’explique la raison de mon appel la personne désagréable comme pas possible ( et le rendez alors , dépêchez vous on est en consultation et me raccroche au nez). Je connais pas l’équipe médicale mais juste l’accueil téléphone ne donne clairement pas envie d’y aller.
