I made an order at the beginning of February 2022 and almost a month later it was received. In between had to chase up my order twice with my assigned contact, who was not the best at customer support. Apart from being received late, over 13% of the order was broken glass due to poor packaging. I had made a small test order and am really thankful I did as this has helped me determine this supplier is unreliable and careless. Of course I won’t be ordering again, and I would advise anyone reading this to carefully research before placing any large orders to avoid disappointment. Thanks.
